Based on Season 4...
Rachel begins school at NYADA, where she meets junior Brody. Ashleigh tries to convince Puck's half brother Jake to join.
Brittany is depressed. Rachel is struggling to adjust to life in New York. Puck meets Jake for the first t...
"Come on, be a man, Jake. Tell me face-to-face. I just told you mine." Said Blaine.
"Fine. My whole life, I've never felt like I fit in. Not anywhere." Jake tells Blaine.
"Why?" Asked Blaine.
"Dude, I'm half-white, half-black, and half-Jewish. And just in case I forget... someone always reminds me. It was only Ashleigh that sort of treated me normal; she made me feel like I belonged in that Glee Club." Jake says.
Blaine nodded.
"For... for what it's worth, I don't think you should leave." Jake mumbled.
"I thought you'd be jumping for joy." Blaine muttered. "She hates me. I mean, she can't possibly hate me anymore than I hate myself."
"She doesn't hate you." Jake tells Blaine.
Blaine scoffed.
"No, really. I think she hates herself more for not hating you. I see it every time you walk past or someone's talking bad about you... she loves you, Blaine. And she wouldn't want you to leave." Said Jake.
"It doesn't matter, Jake. I'm leaving McKinley, and I'm not coming back." Blaine tells Jake.
"Then you're an idiot. And blind. And a moron." Jake said.
Back with Ashleigh and Ryder, they were in the library, and Ashleigh was helping Ryder study...
"Okay. I want you to read some of this now." Ashleigh says.
"What? Like right now?" Asked Ryder.
"Yeah... is there a problem?" Ashleigh asked.
Ryder looked down at the book, biting his lip.
"Ryder, look, I can't help you study if you're not being honest with me. I need to know what you are hiding." Ashleigh says.
"You'll laugh." Ryder muttered.
"I won't. I promise." Ashleigh said.
"Forget it. The whole thing was stupid." Ryder tells Ashleigh.
Ryder placed the book back in front of Ashleigh, standing up from the table.
"Come on. Stop." Ashleigh said, grabbing Ryder's hand and stopping Ryder from walking away. "Just tell me."
"I... I... I can't read." Ryder murmured.
"Oh. Okay, well, I don't see why you'll think I laugh at that. But that makes perfect sense when you... you think about it."
