Y/N's POV
—————————————————————————

It was a lively Saturday night, and a vibrant party was in full swing. The music was blasting, and the room was filled with laughter and chatter. Among the crowd, I spotted my best friend Kyle Broflovski, always the life of the party. I made my way towards him, weaving through the sea of dancing bodies.

"Hey, Kyle!" I shouted over the music, trying to get his attention.

Kyle turned around, a wide grin spreading across his face. "Hey, buddy! Great to see you here!" he shouted back, his voice slightly slurred.

We spent the next couple of hours dancing, laughing, and having a blast together. As the night wore on, I noticed Kyle starting to drink heavily. His usually sharp wit became slightly slurred, and his movements grew a little unsteady. Concerned, I approached him.

"Hey, Kyle, maybe it's time to slow down a bit," I suggested gently.

"Nah, I'm fine," he replied, waving me off. "Just having a good time, that's all!"

But as the night progressed, it became evident that Kyle had indeed had a bit too much to drink. He stumbled around, knocking over a few glasses, and his speech became even more difficult to understand.

Realizing that he needed help, I decided it was time to take him home. Wrapping an arm around his waist, I guided him through the crowd towards the exit. Despite his intoxicated state, Kyle seemed grateful for my assistance.

As we stumbled out of the party and into the cool night air, Kyle leaned on me heavily. "Y'know," he slurred, "you're the best friend anyone could have. I'm so lucky to have you."

I smiled, helping him into my car. "You're pretty lucky too, Kyle. We've been through so much together."

Once we arrived at Kyle's place, I supported him as we made our way to the bathroom. As I ran the water for a shower, he sat on the edge of the bathtub, swaying slightly.

"I need to tell you something," Kyle muttered, looking at me with bleary eyes.

"What is it, Kyle?" I asked, concerned.

He took a deep breath, his words coming out a little jumbled. "I've had these feelings for you... for a while now. And tonight, being with you, taking care of me... it made me realize how much I care about you. I want you to be my girlfriend, if you'll have me."

I was taken aback by his confession but couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement. "Kyle, you're drunk right now, and we should probably talk about this when you're feeling better. But I really appreciate your honesty, and I care about you deeply too."

As Kyle stepped into the shower, I helped him undress and made sure he was safe. I stayed by his side, making sure he didn't slip or fall. As the warm water cascaded down his weary body, he looked up at me with a grateful smile.

"I'm glad you're here with me," he murmured, his voice filled with genuine affection.

"I'll always be here for you, Kyle," I replied, gently washing his hair. "You mean the world to me."

And so, that night, as I helped my best friend get all cleaned up, our bond grew even stronger. Whether it was as friends or something more, only time would tell. But one thing was certain - our friendship was built on trust, love, and a shared journey through life's ups and downs.
