Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Fourth in 2355 is ten years old when his sister, Lady Karissa Elizabeth attends her coming out on Star Base 12, and his destined charges when Lady Karissa Elizabeth is asked by their second cousin, Lord Kevin Thomas Riley The fifth to marry him when she turns 17 years old in 2357.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard the fourth becomes the joint heir to two dukedoms of Star Base 12, Norfolk and Westminster.
Neither Lady Victoria Elizabeth nor Lord Andrew Charles are ready to retire from their duties that they take very seriously.

"The next in line is your brother but since your father and I are not ready to retire. I am fine with it." Lady Victoria Elizabeth tells her daughter.
Lady Karissa Ann and Lord Frederick William come to the aid of their granddaughter and tell their daughter " Lady Victoria Elizabeth. Do you know what your great-grandmother told your great-grandfather? I was his albatross around his neck and she hoped it would choke him to death."
"I was rushed into it. When your great-great grandmother died, and your great grandmother was so affected by her death. It caused her to abdicate, but I told your grandmother. I would take the Dukedom until you reached the age of 18 and then I would pass it onto you." Lady Karissa Ann tells her daughter.
"Your father and I have a very comfortable life together in the country of Windsor Territory." Lady Karissa Ann explains.
"Some are meant to govern and some are not." Lady Karissa Ann tells her daughter. " I know that my first cousin, Lord Andrew Charles Howard The Second, feels the same way." Lady Karissa explains
