The Year of 2310, was clouded by the death of Lord Charles Andrew Howard The Third, the eldest son of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR and The Duke of Sussex Territory.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard The Third was born on January 1, 2230 and he was married twice, but his first marriage ended in 2275, and he remarried a second time to Lady Millicent Collins and with her. He had two children, Lady Charlotte Victoria Maud Howard, Duchess of Beaufort Territory, Lord Charles Andrew Howard The Fourth, Duke of St. Albans Territory, and with Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann, he had his heiress, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard in 2295.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard The Third was the first of five children born to Lord Charles Andrew Howard Junior and Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart.
