Yoojung's POV
Me and Kai were at his luxury penthouse that he shared with Taemin. Apparently SM Entertainment insisted that they would offer to pay for it but with Kai's wealth they didn't. Me and Kai were sitting at his bedroom while I was explaining everything about the adoption.
Jongin looked at me and said, "I'm so sorry Yoojung."
I replied, "It's not your fault. I guess after the death of my best friend, the adoption, knowing about my birth parents, and Sehun cheating on me with Krystal; my life just sucks. Why? What did I do wrong? I feel like such a failure!"
Jongin grabbed my face to make it face him, smiled, and said, "Listen to me Yoojung. You are the strongest girl I've ever met. Don't let these things make you think that it was any of your fault."
I looked at him and smiled, "Why are you being so nice to me?"
He looked and me and said, "Let's just that I too have lost someone."
I kissed Jongin in the cheeks and whispered in his ears, "Thank you so much. You're such a good friend." I was about to walk out of his room when his arms were wrapped around my waist.
