She came down from stairs and gave a side hug to him and greet him.

Grandpa: good. Never loose hope ok? Now eat breakfast

She almost completed her food when she got a call from her only true friend

Chaeyong: hey yniee (she said with joy)

Grandpa: (smile) God bless you child. Ok take care of yourself while going college

Yn: hmm don't worry I'll be fine (hug) bye good day and take medicines on time

Grandpa: I will

He caressed her long hair and she left from there with no expressions and reach to her college safely on the bicycle

Well Chaeyong is her only friend. She's 22 year old medical student.
Yup both are medical students of Veterinary means animal doctor.
