You love to sing. And finally you get your first 'break.' The local pizza shop has hired you to sing on Wensday nights! Its exciting to know people will hear you sing, especially if they have connections to HollyWood. But at the same time its scary because 'what if people don't like your singing?' Well, you'll get fired, the pizza shop will hire someone else, you get made fun of, and loose your chance of becoming a singer. You decide its worth the risk. They pay you $15 an hour. You dot care, you'd do it for free! But the extra money does help, being a greaser and all. Tomorrow is your first day! You can hardly wait!... Finally the day as come! Its time for your first performance! You get on the stage. There are a ton of people! You guess they advertised! You scan the audience for cute guys. Nope. Nope. Woah, not him! You look in he front row and there's PonyBoy Curtis! No big deal he's only the hottest greaser in the whole school district! Woah, it looks like he came to see you preform. You catch glances, he mouths good luck to you. You begin to blush. Soon its time to sing.
"I can do anything. If I wanna be..." You start to sing. "...big or small, you can help all..." You continue. When you fall of the stage. How embarrassing! But PonyBoy catches you. You stare into each others eyes.
"Can I buy you pizza sometime. Your really good, I'll see you in Hollywood someday for sure!" Pony says to you, breaking the ice.
You stare at him blankly for a moment before responding. "I-I'd like that! I really like pizza! And Hollywood." You smile.
"Nows a good of a time as any to get pizza, right?" Pony says. He reaches out to hold your hand. "I've had a crush on you for like ever. I'm really glad you like me back!" Pony says, looking you in the eyes.
