His 2

Chapter 2

I drove into Mystic Falls and went straight to the Salvatore boarding house. It was just becoming dark outside which meant we were running out of time. I walked right into the house and  to the living room. 

I nearly screamed as I walked in. Stefan's body  was laying on the couch half covered in a beige blanket. His skin had turned a grey colour and veins were clear on his face. I stood there staring in shock as tears filled my eyes. I could feel everyone staring at me as I walked towards him running my fingers through his hair. 

"Alice? Alice!" I looked up at Damon who engulfed me in a hug. I pulled away from the hug and my eyes fell on...Katherine? No she's dead. Wait a minute. I smacked Damon. "Please tell me this Katherine look alike isn't your girlfriend...No offense...Elena?  But considering what that bitch did to him I'm a bit weary of anyone who has anything to do with her." I say earning a simple wave of her hand. "Don't worry I hate her too." She said flashing a warm smile.

I noticed Caroline and Bonnie sitting on the couch. "Hey Care." I say enveloping her in a hug. "He's gonna come back trust me. Even if I have to drag him outta the other side myself. He'll come back." She smiled weakly at me. Her eyes were puffy from her crying but other than that she looked fine. 

Bonnie gave me an awkward side hug. "How do you feel?" I asked and she shrugged. "Fine actually." I nodded. "As soon as that fine changes tell me." She saluted me making me smile as I squeeze her hand lightly.

"YOU!" A young man yelled angrily at me. I spun around and my entire body had to resist the urge to kill the man who stood before me. "Tyler." I say glaring down at the young hybrid who had been the reason I had almost died. Tyler ran at me and I outstretched my hand focusing on him. He cried out in pain as I gave him a headache.

"Guys stop! Tyler, stop panting. You're making it smell like wet dog. She's here to help! Alice....don't kick his ass. We're all on the same side right now." Damon said walking over to me and handing me glass of bourbon. I chugged the glass and he gave me a side hug. I hugged him back tightly. "C'mon we have a lot to do not a lot of time." I say pulling away.

"Dog boy. You and Care take Bonnie to the cemetery. Bonnie I want Jeremy, Tyler and Care to be your body guard. It could be public knowledge that the other side is going down and if it is then witches will want to use you to bring back the dead." I say as all four of them stand up. Tyler shot daggers at me with his eyes but followed my instructions.

"Elena and Damon. You're with me. The other side is breaking down and to stabilize it I need to channel....actually Tyler I want you to stay. Elena go with Bonnie." I say. Tyler looks at me confused. "I need two of the strongest and considering you're a hybrid that puts you right up there." He nods.

"Move!" I say beckoning Tyler and Damon outside. I drag my duffle bag with me. I pull my grimwore out and start to read. "Oh dear." I say out loud. "Shit." Damon gives me a confused look. "What's wrong?" "It's nothing you need to worry about. C'mon. To the cemetery." I say carrying the grimwore and my bag to Damon's car.

"So what are we doing?" Tyler asked turning to look at me since I sat in the back seat while he sat up front with Damon. I didn't look up as I was trying to memorize the spell as we drove so I spoke absentmindedly. "I'm going to channel you two and use the power of the full moon to create a bridge between the other side and us. Get Stefan and anyone else you guys want then get the hell out of there." I say finally looking up. "We have to be quick guys. I can only hold the other side open for so long. Even I have my limits." 

"Tyler," He turned to look at me slightly annoyed. "Thanks." He gave me a confused look. "I really am happy with Niklaus and my son John. That wouldn't have been possible if you hadn't....well tried to kill me." "Your welcome." He said chuckling then sighed. "I am sorry. He just-" I held my hand up. "I get it. He probably did something worse to you. I'm use to the drill already." The hybrid smirked shaking his head amused as he turned back around.
