Outside again, looking at the dull place with a smile on her face, knowing the things that happened last night are true, and they will always be. Looking around the place she sees the same people that she saw yesterday. Nothing has changed, except they're staring at her in fear and concern. She wonders why, but soon didn't care anymore as looks at the red painted house, and excitingly walks towards the door and knocks, waiting for Gya or Emma to open it as fast as they can.Gya opened the door with a smile on her face that quickly turned into a face of shock and worry as she looks at Giselle. "Oh my! Giselle, what happened to you? Your body is covered in holes and they're all bleeding!" she said worryingly. Giselle's eyes widen as she remembers that she put needles around her body, went out with them uncovered. Her smile widened, but nervously as if she had no idea how to lie.
She heard the loud footsteps of heels clunking through the floor, and a deep, anxious voice speaking, "Gya? What do you mean by that?" Emma then showed up and covered her mouth with shock. Giselle began to be more nervous, knowing they would ask so many questions she would not know how to answer. All she could do was accept fate, as they took her inside and let them treat her wounds.
"I still don't understand Giselle..how did you get them?!" Gya said as she wrapped the bandages around Giselle's arms and legs. Her eyes begin to sway around the room nervously as she replied, "I... I really don't know. I woke up and had them." She said with her shaky quiet voice. "Maybe we should take you to a doctor" Emma said, walking towards her with a plate. It had spaghetti in it. Giselle looked at the plate, wondering why again... Why do they take care of me so much when my body has no purpose?
The thought hit her, making her stop feeling so nervous like a balloon that lost its air. Soon, everything went gray again, and she began to smile and laugh, "Oh, don't worry about it! I'll be fine, maybe I just need some more time at home to heal. I can't let these humans see me like this" She looked at both Gya and Emma, the anxiety and emotion completely gone from her eyes.
So, she stood up from the couch and smiled at them, soon walking out of the house and taking a different route home, feeling confused. She felt a sense of freedom as she left the house, yet a sense of guilt, as if she felt as if she didn't want to leave them.
Somehow, everything began to change day by day. She felt more as if instead of the world being grey, it was red. Everything was red, everything around her was covered in blood and strong, aggressive emotions. Even though it was a negative thing, it was still emotional to her, it was alive, and she enjoyed it.
She walked again near an alleyway, looking at a shadow. She could tell it wasn't just a shadow, one of a human, object, or animal. It mostly seemed like an amalgamation of all. The head of a human, the body of multiple objects all gathered, the height of a tall animal, despite all of these, it was the size of a nonhuman thing. It's as if it was from her imagination.
It made no sound at all until she decided to walk towards it and face the alley, to see a tall figure. She couldn't even tell if it was alive or not, or if it just had living things around it. She stared at it blankly. "I have no time for you." She said, beginning to walk away, wondering what would happen if she just left. She turned her head up to look at the pink moon, until it was covered by a roof. She looked forward to seeing her house.
She entered it, and then walked on some stairs, to a basement. And open a window, to then get on top of the roof. She looked forward, to see the pink moon. A single gunshot was heard. She looks around, to see the alleyway, Gya and Emma were beside each other in front of the creature she walked past earlier. They had killed it with a single gunshot.
"What a weird demon" Giselle said to herself, looking up at the moon once again, staring at its pink light against the dark sky. Then decides to go back inside of the house, to lay in her bed,
The ceiling isn't as gray anymore as it was the other nights, it had gained its natural white color. Her phone rings, she takes a minute to stare at the ceiling, and then pick up her phone to look at a message from Gya,
"Are you sure you're, okay?"
Giselle stares at the text and takes a moment to reply.
"Yes"
She puts her phone down, refusing to reply to any other message that she gets. And she closes her eyes, hoping she could feel something,
She wakes up to an alarm. Sitting up as soon as possible and turning it off to then get ready for school. As she picks up her books, she feels like a doll. She felt like she has died when she fell asleep, yet when she woke up, she was a zombie. Yet nobody seemed to notice because at least she was still standing.
She smiles, not even forcing it as if it were a natural thing, she walks out of the room and looks at her father, "I'm heading to school! Goodbye father!" She waves at him, walking out into the sunlight. As she was walking towards her school, she accidentally kicked something. She looks down at her feet to see a ragdoll, it had beautiful blonde hair and an elegant pink dress.
She wonders if she should pick it up. What would happen if she never did? What would happen if she stayed with a toxic family rather than becoming part of a doll? Would it be a lot better to suffer?
In what way would things change?
She stared at the doll for a second, and then walked past it, looking forward to the road, hoping something would change. She continues to walk forward, waiting to see something, waiting to see her future if he weren't a doll. Waiting to see her world, but instead she sees nothing the further she walks.
Why are you not showing me who I am?
Suddenly, she is in her room again, looking up at the ceiling, wishing she could feel something and wishing she could see her world in another perspective.
Why don't you just end it?
She heard the voice in her head say to her, a voice that she knew didn't come from her thoughts, but from a doll beside her. She turned her head to look at Gabrielle.
After all, there may be something else after death
The voice spoke to her once again. Giselle began to pick up the doll and squeeze it tightly. Wishing to believe that there may be something better, but truly there's no feeling at all.
