Shinsou is a narcoleptic. He isn't addicted to narcotics, but rather its a sleeping condition. The person is always tired, and sometimes has hallucinations in the morning and at night.
Y/c is Shinsou's room mate, in whatever way you want to take that. Shinsou often acts a little weird at night especially, suddenly doing a little run to get where he wants to go, or looking around quickly. He never talked to y/c about the reason why he refuses to go outside at night as well. One day he is just sitting up in bed, covered in blankets at around midnight. He is staring out the window and has a little lamp on in his room. His eye bags are really bad right now.
Y/c knocks on his door and walks into shinsou's room, shinsou looks at y/c and jumps, putting his back against the wall a moment but he quickly calms down. "Sorry, y/c... you just had no face for a moment..." he says and yawns. "Sorry." He says. He has never told y/c about his condition before.
