Tommy stared at his computer, clicking his pen as he studied the locks.

A website was pulled up, pictures every once in a while in between the indentations. The pictures depicted a large safe, also known as Prime Vaults.

Tommy sighed dreamily, thoughts wandering off into a daydream state.

Then an alert on his phone jolted him out of his thoughts. He looked down at it, puzzling eyes scanning the message.

It showed a warning and a 'PUBLIC SAFETY' heading. He sighed heavily, reading through it quickly.

PUBLIC SAFETY ALERT

All people must stay indoors. Watch for a trio of men. All are carrying duffel bags and all of them are masked. Please report them if seen on the number below

It then showed a number at the bottom of the alert. He tapped on the alert, it came up and enlarged but below the number was a picture. A picture of three tall men, one with a plastic pastel rabbit mask, the one in the middle with a black crow mask (one Tommy came to learn as something from the Black Death), and the other was wearing a bandanna that went up the the bridge of his nose and draped down. All of them in different fits and all carrying duffel bags.

Tommy clicked out of it, he had seen it at least three times now. It was getting old.

There was a knock on his door, sending shivers down his spine. His parents never really checked on him let alone even talk to him.

"Yes...?" He prompted, twirling in his spinny chair and getting up to get the door.

The door swung open, almost smashing the blond's nose, "Your mother wants you out of the house for the night." A man's voice said, sounding bored.

"Did you not get the alert?" He asked, gesturing to his phone on his desk.

"Yes. That's why she wants you outside." He answered. At that, he turned and walked down the hallway, swinging a left and going into his mother's room.

Tommy facepalmed, knowing he should go before his mom got pissed and hunted him down. He grabbed his satchel and put it on his shoulder. He then walked through the door, shutting it softly behind him.

The blond wandered to the front door and opened it, shutting it behind him. He made sure his keys were in his bag and nodded off, turning and walking down the stairs of their apartment complex.

"Hey Tommy!" A voice shouted, making Tommy turn. He was just about to make it outside but a small brunette boy stood in the doorway of the mailroom.

"Hey Toby." He plastered on a smile, "How's Bee Boy?"

The brunette laughed, "I'm fine you bitch."

"Woah there, do I need to tell your mother?" Tommy laughed too, it being a joke. Toby's parents cursed a whole lot more than anyone Tommy knew.

"Yeah. Tell mom. That will go just fine." Toby rolled his eyes, waving and turning back into the mailroom.

Tommy dropped his smile, going outside and taking a deep breath of the city air. It was quite a blurry evening, or well with all the fog covering most of the buildings. The architecture in Germany was just so... odd. Ever since his family moved from Britain to the mainland of Europe it was just... everything was just so weird.

The blond then started walking down the deserted sidewalk, only a few people here and there but other than that, dead silence. It was eerie, especially when the fog was this low to the streets.
