Chapter 15 Just Too Confused

That night when Shelby brought in dinner she wrote that it was meatloaf and it looked terrible then she wrote I BROUGHT SOME CHICKEN LEGS IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY? I grab my white board and expo for like the 100th time and write I WOULD LOVE SOME CHICKEN.She gets in her purse and pulls out a sack with grease spots on the bottom. She grabs 3 for her and left 4 for me.She pulls over my eating tray and grabs a foam plate and sets it all down then she grabs a napkin for her and sits on the end of my bed and I see her mouth moving.

She must of thought I could here again then she slapped her hand over her mouth and we both start laughing at the same time. I don't know why we where laughing it wasn't funny.Then the docter bursts in and I see his mouth moving and then I see a tear run down Shelby's face then a lot of tear come rushing out of her eyes and she throws her chicken on the floor and runs out.The my mom peaks around the edge of the door and I see her crying.She runs in and hugs me really tight and starts crying again.But I didn't hug back I was too confused. Just Too Confused.
