No one POV

It's a nice day to be at the beach, Feitan thought to himself. Just kidding. He hated being outside always. The only reason he was here was because Chrollo had kicked him out of the apartment they shared and he had nowhere else to go. He hadn't been invited to Chrollo's wine tasting get-together with the rest of the Troupe. He was having a morning stroll down the beach when an inflatable ball came into contact with his head.

Reader POV

You berated your friend for hitting the ball so carelessly. And as if it couldn't get any worse, it flew way past you and hit some dude right in the head. Great, you thought. I guess I better go apologize.

As you approached the stranger, you looked him over. He seemed to be wearing a black trench coat of some sort, and he was extremely short for a grown man, so you figured he had to be some emo teenager.

"Excuse me," you started, tapping him on the shoulder. But he didn't stop walking, no. He didn't even turn his head to look at you. Finally, you worked up the nerve to get a little more aggressive. "EXCUSE ME!" you yelled.

He faced you now, even though you could only technically see half of his face. He was obviously not a teenager.

"What?" he asked, before sighing loudly and shoving his hands into his pockets. Geez.

You greeted him with a wave and your friendliest smile. "Oh, uh. Sorry if I interrupted your walk, I just wanted to apologize for hitting you in the head with that ball."

Realization flashed across his face when you were finished speaking. "Oh," he said. "Okay." Then he started walking again. What was this guy's damage?

"Wait, sir," you called out, deciding to follow him. "You look so upset, is there anything I can do?"

He simply said "Leave me alone." and faced away from you once more, continuing on his walk.

"O-oh," you began, stopping in your tracks. "Alright, sir. Have a nice day." He didn't reply, so you grabbed the ball and went back to your friend, who seemed to be annoyed with how long you took.
