"Mom hurry up," i beg, as she often arrives late. Mom remarked, "Honey, I'm looking for the car keys., "Mom, I don't understand; I said I'd go by myself to the bookstore because I'm running late for my shift. "I responded irritably. "merit here we go again We don't have to pick fights over trivial matters, honey I realize that recently, things have gotten worse, so please calm down." I understand that my mother is worried about me, but things have changed since my father's death, and I miss him very much. I'm sure he misses me too.

finally we drove to the we drove to the bookstore after getting back in the car. I had a job at a place named City Lights Books. May's parents are the owners of this bookshop . My two closest friends are April and May, and we all work together. They are the only people in my life that make me happy right now. When I eventually go to the bookstore, I say monotonously, "Bye mom, love you," followed by, "Bye honey, I love you too." Mom appreciates it when I go to such a modest effort to make her smile.

I yelled "rise and shine girls" as I entered the bookstore because, as usual, April and May were fighting over a book

I yelled "rise and shine girls" as I entered the bookstore because, as usual, April and May were fighting over a book. This was now an everyday occurrence. May greeted me inside with a hearty "hey, Merit." I laughed and said, "Guys, which book are u fighting over? " "He is such a bummer u stupid, he is the largest red flag", april says angrily," insisting that tessa should end with trevor because she believes he is a "green flag." I disagree, saying that tessa should end with Hardin because that is where they belong." may said .I couldn't stop giggling as I watched them fight. "Girls it's tessa decision not ours let's get back to work," I said. I asked April to kindly turn on the music.

i heard a scream coming from a corner as she turned on the music, " #tressa ". A shout of "#hessa" might come from the other. They both turned to face me and simultaneously exclaimed," Merit what do u think tressa or hessa?" They asked because they were eager to hear my response. " girls i am not picking sides u know that dont u" i asked them. The previous time there was a fight, it was between the teams Bonard and Jellyfish, and I ended up choosing Team Cam Cameron, which upset the girls. "Girls, please get back to work; we have a lot to accomplish."

We were all Swifties, and Taylor Swift was playing in the background

We were all Swifties, and Taylor Swift was playing in the background. One of my favorite "goregeous" songs was that one. As the door opens, the bell rings.

I was delighted to have our first client. When I raised my head, I noticed a Greek god walking into the bookstore. He wasn't necessarily gorgeous in the traditional sense, but he had a look that might make him stick out in a crowd. He was light-colored, nearly white. His light-toned face contrasted brilliantly with his unfathomably ocean blue eyes. If you stared into his eyes for a while, you could become lost in them since they were so expressive and profound. And his smile one of the best i have seen in a lifetime. I became aware of the lyrics in the song as I lost myself in his gaze: "Ocean blue eyes looking in mine i feel like i might sink, drown, and die..... your so goregous.
