I got dressed to go see Jamal's game, right after I ended the call. I called the rest of the group to ask what ride did they have, but apparently they were all there. I didn't want to call Oscar, because he still hasn't called since last night. I texted him and called, but he didn't answer. I'm starting to get kinda worried, but it's not even been 24 hours. It's probably nothing. If he was fine, and just decided to ignore me, after what happened last time, I was gonna be so mad at him.

I decided to walk to school, since it wasn't that far. I texted Monse to tell her that I was walking, and that I was on my way.

Half way through the walk, I got a phone call.

,,Look who decided to call." I said.

,,Where are you?" he said.

,,Oh, no! I wasn't worried about you. I just texted you and called you hundreds of times out of boredom." I joked, although unamused.

,,Monse told me you are walking here. Where are you? I'm coming to pick you up."

,,You were at the game?"

,,Yeah, why sound so surprised?"

I sighed. ,,Oscar, why haven't you called?" I was so mad.

,,Where are you?" he ignored me and asked.

I scoffed. ,,Why haven't you called?" I asked again. I grew more and more inpatient.

,,I told you, mi amor. Business."

I rolled my eyes. ,,And it was so hard to write a simple 'I'm ok', wasn't it?" The line went quiet. Maybe I was overreacting. But still. I sighed ,,See you at the game." I mumbled and ended the call.

When I arrived, I searched for my friends. I saw them, and decided to sit next to Cesar, until I saw two vacant seats next to him. Then I remembered Oscar, who probably saved a seat for me next to him. I didn't really have nerves for an argument right now, so I did the next best thing.

,,Hi guys. Uhm.. Cesar, wanna switch places with me?"

,,Yeah, sure." He scooted over.

,,Thanks." I smiled.

,,Everything ok?" He asked me in a lower voice. I looked at him and smiled.

,,Yeah." I didn't give him time to respond, and looked ahead at the game.

Jamal scored. I was in shock. I was so happy for him, everyone cheered.

When things calmed down, I looked through the people, but couldn't see Oscar anywhere. I texted him again, but of course, no response. 10 minutes have passed and he still didn't respond. Called him again, but nothing.

I turned to Cesar and saw him texting someone. ,,Who's that? Another one of your secret admirers?" I teased.

He laughed ,,Nah, I wish. Just Oscar."

I looked at him with knitted eyebrows, although still smiling as to not show my confusion. ,,Really? Where is he, actually?"

,,In the parking lot. Fixing something to his car."

,,Cool." guess he did, in fact, ignore me. ,,I'm gonna go to the bathroom." I said as I made my way through the people, and outside. I searched for a red Impala. I turned around when I heard girly giggles. I saw a group of senior year girls, near a red Impala. I made my way there, trying to infiltrate. Oscar was looking under the car's hood, while the girls asked him questions. He so liked the attention. I stopped next to one of the girls. ,,Do you think he's single?"
