Prompt of today: First Kiss!!
Was diffficult to write this, used to doing angst, hahh
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dimitri was still a bit anxious as he stepped into the bar, looking around before sitting down, going to get a drink. He really wasn't sure about coming here. He'd been exploring his, er, preferences a bit more, yes, but going to a gay bar? He was making a leap that was nigh impossible to keep up with, even for himself.
He sighed as he adjusted the blue bracelet on his wrist, looking around and ordering a simple wine, scared about even being there. As he looked around though, he realised he wasn't the only one who seemed more anxious, besides the people just dancing and walking around. He was somewhat comforted by the fact that he wasn't the only one who was unused to this setting.
Slowly sipping at his wine, he readjusted his outfit, not realizing someone had come sit on the stool next to him until he was talked to.
''Hey there handsome devil. How did you get over here? You seem like you have history boy, and I would love to explore you some more~''
Whoa. Dim felt a red colour creep onto his cheeks as he turned to look at the man who had spoken to him. He turned a red as he looked at the other, stunned silent as he took in the others features, not even bothering the fact that he may have stared at the others ass a bit too long. He cleared his throat as he looked back up.
The other male was wearing a mix of grey black and white which matched greatly with the dark grey hair. He silently presumed it was dyed, but it looked good on this mystery man. He was wearing black trousers, a white blouse, some simple make-up and a grey collar with a- is that a red leash??
Dimitri smiled softly as he silently complimented the others ability to match styles.
''Hello to you too. You look good. I'm Dimitri, uh, he/him today, please. And you are?''
The other simply chuckled at the formal introduction
''That feels like one of those call cards, sweetheart. But oh well! M'names Virgil, Virg for short. They/them, if ya don't mind''
Dimitri nodded at that, still caught up in the others beauty as he went to take another sip before realising his glass was empty. He sighed as he saw that, but turned back to look at Virgil
''Lovely to meet you! Uh, I am, new to this, apologies.''
''No need to apologise, starlight. Say, how about you join me for a bit, hm?''
Dimitri nodded at that, turning red at the name. He trailed behind them, holding the others hands as his stomach went wild. He got dragged onto the dance floor and convinced to dance with the other. Not sure how to dance in bars, he just started with a waltz he had learned from his father. The elder male made sure he remembered it clearly.
Thankful that it fit the number, he led Virgil around in a waltz, smiling and laughing softly when the other tripped on his own legs, making sure to slow the tempo so Virgil could move along.
Smiling as the number ended, Dimitri was still holding Virgil's hands as they smiled down at him. God, he couldn't get out of his mind how beautiful this person is. He as such didn't react when the other softly grabbed his chin, simply letting out a soft gasp as they brought their head closer. He closed his eyes and closed the gap, holding the back of their neck as Virgil gave him a soft, but long and sweet kiss. The butterflies in his stomach exploded into fireworks as he pulled away to catch his breath.
''Ya sure you haven't done this before, my sun? You are rather good at kissing if ya haven't!''
Virgil chuckled at their joke but brought the others face close once more, giving him a few short kisses before softly kissing down Dimitris cheek, onto his jawline, down his neck. They smirked as they heard him gasp, still holding him close as they went to the collar of the others clothing before pulling away, planting one last kiss onto the others nose.
Dimitri was red and basically had an error message displayed on his face, his brain still catching up with all that had happened. When he did realise he only turned redder, staring up at Virgil and stammering slightly, at which they shot into a laugh at.
''Oh, wow, ok! You really haven't done this! You're doing wonderful, love, hah! Heh... Would you like to exchange numbers so we can keep on meeting? If you don't mind, I'd rather not be much more intimate with someone I just met.''
Dimitri nodded at that, pulling out his phone and handing it to the other as he blinked, finally catching up
''o-of course! Here, have my, phone. You can put in your number. I uh, would love! Meeting more, when I have the time! Uh. And if you wish to, of course. No need to worry, I wasn't, planning on doing anything intimate tonight. Just, getting used to the bar, hah. And meeting a handsome person, I suppose.''
''You suppose? Well, I'm offended! I would hope that I'm indeed a very handsome person! But very well, I'll see you next time then, sweet cheeks! Enjoy your wine''
Virgil winked before leaving him. Dimitri turned to see that there was new wine and paid for his drinks, quickly throwing this glass into his body. He had just somehow scored a date with this beautiful handsome stranger. He was slightly wobbly as he left the bar, but it was not because of the alcohol.
The butterflies were still going loose in his stomach as he walked home, closing the door and getting under the shower in order to fully process, before yelling in happiness. He pumped a fist in the air as he realises that he got a fucking date. Holy shit. He chuckles to himself.
Once he was done showering he changed into comfier clothes, before sitting down on his couch and putting on his favourite show, recharging from the energetic evening he had.
