I tried putting together things that remind me of poison. The bottle of poison is pretty obvious, but for the lips, I searched for some inspo on pinterest and found this:

It pretty much inspired me, and I decided I could draw poison falling/dripping out of someone's mouth.
As for the mushroom, its name is "Fly mushroom". It is incredibly toxic and poisonous, so I decided to draw it too.
