Y/n's pov:

"Can you take the mask off please",

Lisa was practically begging like a little child asking for candy from her parents. She was pouting, urghhhh I couldn't say no. But I had to.

"Why? It's not like you're gonna view me any different. So it shouldn't matter whether you see my face or not",

"Whyyyyyy??" She whined

I didn't respond and kept my focus on the waterfall.

Her gaze didn't move from my mask, which was starting to feel a bit uncomfortable.

I just shrugged it off and and let my eyes wonder aroun the place.

I then felt a pair of warm hands reach out to my face and pulled my mask out completely.

"Lisa! Why'd you do tha!?",  I said while I cover my face with my hands.

She did respond and just stared at me.

I sighed defeatedly and slowly removed my hand from my face.

"Better?",

Lisa's pov:

"Better",

Y/n asked.

I didn't look at her yet cuz I just realised that I pulled her mask out completely.

I slowly pick my head up to face her and.......

She was absolutely beautiful and handsome at the same time!

I felt my knees go weak, my cheeks became hot, my heart skipped a beat, my stomach was doing flips.

Her perfectly shaped jawline was irresistible, her lips were pink, very kissable.

It took me everything to not pounce on her.

"Y/n.... you look—",

"Horrible? Yeah I know. Many of them say it",

"No, you look beautiful and handsome! I don't how but that's how I see you. And however that you look horrible, is a Big ass jerk!",   i said.

I gentle rub my thumb over her cheek to feel her  skin. To feel her.

Her skin was soft and delicate. Her cheeks was red and hot, she was blushing I guess.

"So, now that you gotta see my face, can I have my mask back before someone sees us?", she asked and stretched her hand out to take it.

"Nope",  was all that I said and tore it up so she wouldn't have to hide that face of hers.

She looked at myw in disbelief and gave a 'whats wrong with you' look..

She just sighed and her gaze fell back onto the waterfall.

'is she mad at  me?'

I kept my thoughts aside and stood closer to her, I felt safe around her and I didn't want to move.

"I should probably get going.. it was really nic meeting you y/n", i said while facing the direction I came from.

I was hoping that she wouldnatleast call me back or say goodbye atleast.

Before I could look at her one last time before I left, "stay back for  a while longer", she said.

A wide smile that appeared on my face, 'she called me back! Yay!'

I was surprised that she actually did and had  to double check if I was hallucinating or not.

This time she was seated one of the huge rocks near the waterfall.

She patted the empty space next to her, signalling my to sit with her.

As I took a seat next to her, I started asking her questions like what it was line to from the city or did she date anyone and just curiousity kept asking me to get more info about her.

We were chatting for a long time and were getting to know each other better. It was quite fun if I'm being honest.

As we were let talking and talking, we didnt realise the time. It was near afternoon and we met in the morning.

"Omg! I'm really sorry but I have to go, before my dad comes to look for me",  with that, I get up from my seat and making myself look neat before leaving.

"Can  I have your number? It's just ....... I really liked talking to you and just wondered if we could, y'know meet up somewhere at anytime or any—",

I cut her off and gave her my phone to type her number in.

She saved the contact as 'y/n'

"Hope to see you around, y/n" i said before leaving.

Y/n's pov:

I felt a sad when Lisa left. I liked her company, she was entertaining.

I was missing her already!!!!!

I decided to head back home cuz I got bored and tired of just sitting around.

I turned into my wolf and started running.
Thank the heavens that home wasnt that far. It was probably a good 10 minutes from here.

When I reached home, I told everyone that I'd be taking a quick nap, which means the whole afternoon.

I don't know why, but I  felt really tired, it almost felt like I met my mate or something.
I didn't meet see anyone as my mate though.

I ran up the staircase and into my room, hoping into my bed and closed my eyes.

Just before I could get some shut eye, my buzzed. I groaned at it.

I opened my phone and saw an unknown number texted me.

Unknown number

Hey y/n, it's Lisa

Y/n

Oh, hey!

Lisa

What you're doing?

   Y/n

Was about take a quick nap, anything you needed?

Lisa

Oh, no nothing. Just wanted to know if you're free tonight?

   Y/n

Yeah, I'm free, you wanna hang out , I assume?

Lisa

Sure, I would love to!

Y/n

Let's meet at the waterfall again

Lisa

Ok, no problem. Gtg, see y/need!

After that, I didn't make to reply as the sleep took over me.
