0.999999 is 1 and I can prove it in two ways.
Method 1:
x = 0.999999
10x = 9.99999
10x - x = 9x
9x = 9
9x/9 = x
x = 9/9
x = 1
NOW FOR THE NEXT BIT
Method 2:
1/3 = 0.333333
2/3 = 0.666666
3/3 = 0.999999
BUT 3/3 is a whole number so...
3/3 = 1
