Hiccup Pov: My heart felt if it had stopped the dragon was huge and just ate that gronkle whole so this is why the raids are a thing dragons fight us for food so they are not eaten themselves they must be controlled by the dragon it was like the queen of the nest leaned forward on toothless back and whispered, "Bud you know what we must do." then toothless crooned in response toothless made a growl/roar to get the dragons attention (You know what happens I'm not going to write all that down -_-) the last thing i felt was a sharp stabbing pain in my left leg then blackness.
Toothless Pov: i grabbed hiccup as we were falling down but to reach him in time i had to bite his leg i didn't want to but i had to i did not expect to bite off his entire leg though i finally grabbed him and hid him in my wings we hit the ground i think i was knocked out just for a minute because i regained my senses not long after to be greeted by many of the dragons that were in the nest "Is the human alright?, Are you alright?" a male green and orange deadly Nadder said to me "he lost his leg i can't fly without him will you carry him and bring me to our island please?, Oh and can you grab that rock too?" i asked pointing my head in the direction of a lovely bed rock i "yes" the gronkle who i asked replied. she and the Nadder carried us back to our island i thanked them and got straight to licking hiccups leg and any other injury's he required from the fight for my saliva had healing properties then i placed him in his bed and laid down crooning in worry on my new rock bed the gronkle laid out for me.
