[In front of the school, Elena, chelsea and Caroline are walking in front of the school]
Elena : Have you even talked to Bonnie?
Caroline: No I'm Mad at her .She needs to make the first move.
chelsea:Be the Bigger Person.
Caroline: Impossible in her presence.
Elena:Why are you so pissed at her ,anyway?
Caroline: She's a thief. That's why. I gave her my necklace ,and she refuses to give it back. It's matter of principle.
Elena: All right.Well ,I tried. I'm officially out of it.
Caroline: Good .Where's Stefan?
Elena: He's avoiding me.
Chelsea: Why?
Elena: It's Complicated .I'll see you later.
Caroline: Bye.
[elena then leaves and caroline turns to chelsea]
caroline: so how mad are you at me
chelsea: for what
caroline: for setting you up with a roofie rapist...[chelsea sighs] i feel so bad had i known he was like that...i wouldn't even have done it
chelsea: its not your fault care...besides..jeremy helped me out that night
[caroline then notices jeremy looking at chelsea and they wave]
caroline: so what is going on..there
chelsea: me and jeremy...no..just friends
caroline: well i think you guys would be cute together
chelsea: i'm not in the market for a boyfriend right now
[caroline then notices another boy walking past them who stares and smiles at chelsea and she gives him one back]
caroline: he was totally checking you out
chelsea: he must be new
caroline: well whoever he is...he is cute...i'll see you
[caroline then walks away and chelsesa goes to her locker and closes it and sees the same boy beside her locker]
boy: looks like we are locker buddies..
chelsea: looks like
boy: i'm ethan...ethan...saltzman
chelsea: chelsea hale...
ethan: so...chelsea...you got history as your first class...
chelsea: yea..i do actually
ethan: you wanna lead the way..you know with me being new and all..would be good to get a sense of direction of where everything is
[chelsea then nods and the two chat among themselves while matt and tyler are at matt's locker and tyler is not pleased with what he sees]
tyler: who is that
[matt looks over and sees some guy walking /talking with chelsea]
matt: i don't know...never seen him...[matt then looks at tyler and chuckles] you and chelsea are done man..she made it quite clear...besides...we both knew she was going to move on at some point...
tyler: doesn't mean i have to like it...
[tyler then storms off as matt chuckles]
