White walls and curtains greeted Y/n as she opened her eyes. She was lying down on a hospital bed.

Y/n slowly turned to her side, her eyes adjusting to the light, and she saw Seungcheol and Wonwoo looking at her with deep concern in their eyes.

"Y/n, are you feeling okay?" Seungcheol asked softly, his voice filled with worry.

Wonwoo added, "We were so worried about you."

"Oppa... what happened?" Y/n asked slowly.

"You fainted from loss of blood and were unconscious for the past 5 days," Seungcheol explained.

"Yooin. Where is he?" Y/n looked behind them.

Seungcheol exchanged a glance with Wonwoo, hesitating to speak. Y/n noticed their abnormal behavior. "What happened to him?" She sat up, groaning in pain, and stared at them.

Seungcheol and Wonwoo exchanged another worried look before Seungcheol finally spoke, his voice gentle but heavy with the news he had to deliver. "Y/n, Yooin... he's in another room. He went through surgery, but he's still in critical condition."

Y/n's heart sank at Seungcheol's words. She clutched the bedsheets tightly, her eyes brimming with tears. The fear and worry for her brother overwhelmed her. "I need to see him. Please, take me to him," she pleaded, her voice quivering.

"Alright, Y/n. We'll take you to see him. Just try to stay calm," Wonwoo said gently, moving to help her out of the bed to the wheelchair.

As they made their way to Yooin's room, the atmosphere was heavy with tension, and Y/n couldn't help but pray that her brother would pull through.

They entered the room, seeing Jihoon, Soonyoung, and Chan sitting beside Yooin as he lay unconscious on the bed.

Chan got up, allowing Wonwoo to push Y/n to come beside Yooin. Y/n held onto Yooin's hand as she looked at him with tears in her eyes.

Y/n whispered softly to her brother, her voice trembling. "Yooin, please wake up." Tears streamed down her cheeks as she continued to hold his hand. "I'm sorry, I should be the one protecting you."

Seungcheol, Wonwoo, Jihoon, Soonyoung, and Chan watched Y/n and Yooin with sympathetic eyes, giving them some space but also ready to offer support when needed.

Days turned into weeks, and Y/n remained faithfully by Yooin's side, never leaving the hospital. She held his hand, talked to him, and played his favorite songs, hoping to coax him back to consciousness.

One day, Y/n were beside Yooin as usual. Her heart raced as the machines monitoring Yooin's condition began to beep urgently suddenly. She jumped up in alarm, panic coursing through her veins. Quickly, she reached for the call button to summon the nurses and doctor.

Within moments, the medical team rushed into the room, their faces tense with concern. They immediately began assessing Yooin's condition, checking his vitals and adjusting the equipment. Y/n watched with bated breath, her heart in her throat, praying that her brother would be okay.

The doctor came to Y/n, and her heart sank. "Ms. Y/n, we need to conduct an emergency surgery for Mr. Yooin. His chest is filled with fluid."

Y/n's heart clenched with fear as she heard the doctor's words. She nodded, her voice trembling as she gave her consent for the emergency surgery. She watched as they wheeled Yooin out of the room and down the corridor to the procedure room, feeling a profound sense of helplessness.

As Yooin disappeared from her sight, Y/n's mind was a whirlwind of worry and anxiety. She knew that the surgery was necessary, but the fear of the unknown was overwhelming. All she could do now was wait and hope, pray that her brother would come through this ordeal and recover.
