Hodges was working at the lab like he normally did. His wife Y/n was working in her office with her headphones on like normal. She didn't really talk to the team much unless needed, or unless it was her husband. Y/n was singing softly as she was working.
Hodges needed some help and was walking to his wife's office before smiling. He loves his wife's singing voice and couldn't get enough off it. Booth was walking by but stopped. "Why are you smiling at her like that squint?" Booth asked. "My wife is a good singer. I love it."
"Your wife? Your married?" Booth asked Hodges looked at him. "Yeah we also have a son together. She is also my best friend." Hodges said to booth looking up at him. He then walked over to the H/c woman and kissed the top of her head.
Y/n looked up from what she was talking about and took off her headset. "Hello darling." Y/n said to him and smiled at him. "Hello my love. I got so lucky that you said yes." Hodges said with a smile on his face. Y/n smiled and blushed a lot.
"I'm glad I'm marred my best friend." Y/n said with a smile on her face. "I am glad to." Hodges said and hugged her. "Love you Jack." Y/n said softly and put her head on his chest. "I love you too, Y/n." Hodges said softly and kissed her head.
