- The next summer -

Nancys pov

"Babe are you sure it's okay for me to come along?" I asked as I stood at Jeremiahs red jeep, "Yeah of course it's alright we've dated for a year now you're welcome any where and every where" Conrad said with a smile and a wink, "Will that Maeve girl be there?" I asked and he shrugged, "Depends if her mother is sometimes they don't come sometimes they do" Jeremiah said whilst getting into the driver seat.

"Come on hun don't be shy" Susannah said so I got into the back seat with Conrad and he reached his hand out to me, I held his hand and smiled slightly. The drive took a good couple of hours until we reached the house I've seen pictures of, "Oooh it's so pretty here" I said as I got out of the car and rushed to the trunk to get my suitcase, "I'm so excited" I said and Jeremiah came over to take his stuff with a small smile.

"You're gonna love it here Cousins has always been so beautiful and fun" He said whilst pulling his and his mothers luggage out, "You guys have so many memories here you sure me being here won't you know...ruin that?" I asked, "Nancy you're my brothers girlfriend you have the right to be here and plus you being here will just make even more good memories" He said, "Thanks Jere" I said and looked round to see another car pulling in, "That must be Steven and Belly right?" I asked and he ran over to the car excitedly.

I watched as Conrad and Jeremiah went to go greet their friends, feeling a hand on my shoulder I looked round to see Susannah. "Go and say hey sweetie" She said so I walked over and stood beside Conrad, Steven and Belly eyed me over, "Hey guys...I'm Nancy" I introduced, "She's my girlfriend" Conrad said proudly as he wrapped an arm around me from behind, I felt a bit more at ease now, I'm shy around new people. I noticed Bellys smile fade away but then she forced it back on and smiled towards me so I smiled back and leaned against Conrad a little. "It's nice to meet you" Steven said so I held my hand out and he shook it, isn't that what people do to be polite?

"This our mother Laurel" Belly said as a woman stood at their side with two suitcases, "Hey there" She said and smiled but then she ran over to Susannah, "Come on let's go inside" Laurel called out so I took the lead and grabbed my suitcase then rushed inside, it's my first time seeing this place so I felt excited to even step foot into the house. "Wow Susannah it's beautiful in here" I said and she giggled softly, "Come check out the kitchen leave your case here" She said so I put it to the side and followed her into the kitchen.

I looked around and felt truly amazed, "It's nice ain't it?" Conrad said as he stood behind me and wrapped his arms around me, I smiled and leaned my head back, "You two are so cute together" Susannah said, "Mind if I borrow her? I want to show her where she'll be staying" Conrad said so I felt him pull me back a little, he walked me out of the kitchen with him clinging onto me from behind. "Where am I staying babe?" I asked, he let go of me and slid his hand in mine, he grabbed my suitcase in his other and lead me upstairs.

"In my room with me" He said and I gasped, "Is your mum alright with that?" I asked and he laughed lightly, "I'm 19 now and you're 18 we're old enough plus it wouldn't be the first time" He said and I blushed lightly as he took me down the corridor and into his room, I noticed a room opposite his and took a quick peek to see Belly putting her clothes into her wardrobe. "Stop being nosey come on" Conrad chuckled as he pulled me into his room and quickly closed the door. "Finally I can do this now" He said and gently put his hands on my head and pulled me in for a passionate kiss.

We remained kissing until the door opened and we pulled apart to see Belly standing there, "Ah sorry...uhm I just wanted to tell you that Maeves not coming this summer she's going to Australia with her mother and aunt" She said, "Thanks but don't you think that could've waited?" Conrad asked and Belly nodded slowly, "Thanks for telling us Belly we'll be down in a minute" I said and smiled at her. She smiled back then closed the door and I nudged Conrad gently.
