Then once class is finish it istimee for lunch but Vendora has to go to detention and she’s going to be stuck with Ram for an hour. There is a long list of rules on the wall to the left and it says
'No eating, No drinking, No laughing, No talking, No clapping, No walking, No noises, No snapping, No music, No nothing.'
There is a detention teacher -- Mr. Clerk Harminsen the math teacher. Vendora’s stomach is growling everyone hears it Vendora never had anything to eat today, and she is dying to eat. Mr. Clerk doesn't allow eating in the class because of the rules. Vendora’s detention is now over she is so relieved that she's done being jammed sitting with Ram. She sees everyone at the classroom because lunch starts at 12:00 noon to 12:30 so of course she missed it. Then she tries to eat her lunch so she goes outside to eat her lunch where lunch break is but nobody knew but Vendora. There's this guy that is sitting on the lunch table she goes up to him and asked him what is hedoing there.
He said, “Eating my lunch”
Vendora tells him that lunch break is over though.
He said, “I know I told my teacher I had to go to the bathroom so I tricked him”
Vendora said, “Wow maybe I should start doing that. What class are you in?”
He said,“Your class 813”
Vendora is sure he never sees him there Vendora said "You're late or something?”
He answers back, “I’m new here and was late for class I heard someone was in detention was that you?”
Vendora said, “How did you know?”
He said, “Someone told me. Hey why won’t you go to my party there’s a private concert there which is Selena Gomez”
Vendora is in astonish she always wanted to greet Selena Gomez. She agrees to go to the party. He tells her that he will see her later he goes back into the school, but he is not part of the school she didn’t know. He has a power where no one else can see him but Vendora -- so the teacher won’t try to kick him out. Once school was over Vendora wanted to sit far away from Moen because he made worst day for her -- but her friends are making her feel better especially her best friend Ava. Once Vendora and Moen had to get off the bus since their home, Vendora’s mom said that she would talk to her about lying to people and her family.
Mom said, “You know that lying is bad right? Because people will never believe you if you say some truths because if you keep lying they will never believe you” Vendora said, “She didn’t want to disappoint anyone”
Mom said “Vendora telling the truth may upset someone embarrasses you or anything else but at least they like you telling the truth. Don’t be afraid to tell the truth no matter how it will affect you”
Vendora thinks what her Mom is saying is right she agrees to not lie anymore. Vendora wants to tell mom about a party she has an invite to for tonight. Mom asks who the person is. Vendora tells her it was a stranger at lunch when she got detention.
Mom first yells, “DETENTION?!”
Vendora then is complaining why she lies.
But mom was trying to hold her breathe and was having a fake smile “Detention oh did you learn your lesson” Mom calmly said Vendora said “Well I never deserved it because this jerk Ram spilled coco-cola at my shirt for no reason and I got him back by spilling the punch you packed for me so we both got detention mines was 1 hour and he’s was 6 hours” “Detention” said mom then nod her head fast. After that Mom responded about Vendora’s party Mom said she can’t go because strangers are dangerous.
Vendora said the guy is in her class then mom says that classmates should be safe so she let Vendora go to the party. Vendora goes inside her room and wants to wear what she got at Macy’s yesterday. She wants to wear a black dress with beads she doesn't want to look like too simple so she asks her mom if she had diamond jewelry. Mom doesn't want Vendora touching her precious diamond jewelry because she thinks Vendora might break it. Vendora promises not to break it and gives her the puppy eyes mom hates it when it comes to puppy eyes so she allows Vendora to wear her jewelry. They both sit together on the bed and Vendora is gazing at the jewelry to find out what will best go with her dress. Mom has another jewelry box she has a lot of jewelry she keeps and it was the perfect one it has black small chains with small diamonds in spaces. “Where’s the bracelet, earrings, ring?” Mom said she’s getting on with it she gets out a brown diamond bracelet so it can match her hair, silver hoops earrings and a diamond ring.
“Why do you have so much jewelry?” Questions Vendora
“So I can match a lot of my outfits plus it's magnificent to have sexy jewelry.”
“Ooook” said Vendora
And left the room then goes back inside her room. She doesn't really have any bags to match with her outfit so she made her own out of dark purple ductape from Youtube.
Mom is in shock, “Where did you get that bag from? I’ve never seen it before”
Vendora tells her that she made it out of duct tape from a YouTube video. Mom thinks it's gorgeous. She shows it to Moen.
“Where did you get that bag from? Macys." Said Moen
Vendora said, “Nope, I made it out of duct tape from a YouTube video.
Moen said, “Yeah right” rolling his eyes when he says that.
Vendora said, “Look up how to make a bag out of duct tape you won’t be saying yeah right by the way please don’t roll your eyes again you look scary”
Moen said, “Get out! He closed his door and locks it” Victoria tells on him because she thinks he's being rude.
