As their love deepened, their connection grew stronger with each passing day.

Their stolen moments on the beach were filled with laughter, shared dreams, and quiet confessions of love.

Regulus found solace in their presence, and they, in turn, marveled at the depth of emotion they had discovered with this mortal man.

Their relationship had taken many nights to form, for both still bore the wounds of their past love.

Regulus, once known for his aloofness to his emotions, had opened his heart to his lover in ways he had never done with anyone else, not even James.

They spent their days together, exploring not just the picturesque coastline but also the depths of their souls.

Regulus began to see the world through new eyes, with a sense of wonder and grace that they had brought into his life.
However, as their love blossomed, so did the world around them begin to change.

Regulus knew he couldn't ignore the dark much longer, the pull to join the ranks growing more irresistible with each passing day.

His lover, too, had their own internal struggle. They had found themselve torn between their feelings for Regulus and their lingering emotions for their past lover, an extrodenary mortal woman.
On the day they parted, the sadness that enveloped them was palpable.

They stood on the familiar beach, the waves crashing against the shore mirroring the turbulent emotions in their hearts.

Regulus held his lovers hands, his voice trembling as he spoke. "I'm sorry I need to leave you behind. I will forever keep you in my memory."

Their eyes shone with an ancient pain as they replied, "Regulus, my love, I must also depart. I have duties to fulfill. But please know that you've forever changed me, and a part of my heart will always be with you."

They embraced for the last time, their love a bittersweet ache in their chests.
Regulus turned away, his heart heavy as he joined the ranks of the dark lord's army.

PRESENT
NIGHT TIME

Artemis, the goddess of the moon, stood in her celestial chariot, a shimmering silver vessel that glided gracefully through the night sky. Her eyes, radiant and silver like the moon itself, scanned the Earth below.

As she reached the skies over England, an enigmatic phenomenon captured her attention.

She furrowed her brow and leaned forward, her ivory robes billowing in the cosmic breeze. England, usually bathed in the soft, silvery glow of her moonlight, was different tonight.

No matter how hard Artemis tried to focus, a persistent blur obscured a particular spot in the heart of the countryside.

Frustration crept over her divine features as she stretched out her hand, attempting to dispel the mysterious haze.

Her fingers, which could unravel the mysteries of the cosmos, failed to penetrate this puzzling concealment. It was as if some force had woven a shroud, shielding this portion of England from her divine gaze.

Artemis's curiosity grew, and she pondered the significance of this hidden place. What secrets lay beneath the veil? Was it a sanctuary for mortals or a realm of hidden enchantment?

She couldn't discern, and the very notion of her inability to see it intrigued her further.

With a sense of intrigue and wonder, Artemis continued her celestial journey, leaving the shrouded spot in England to its enigma, a testament to the enduring mysteries of the night, even to a goddess who commanded the moon's luminous power.
