APPS WE WILL BE USING (in order)

polarr

picsart

phonto

so first in polarr filter your picture or whatever

(no sneakpeaks to the nov theme lol) 

𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟

then go to picsart and crop 512x800

once youu do that get your filtered photo and do something along the lines like this to the EYES 

I did something like this

then go to phonto and use your font use whatever you want, and whatever title.

BOOM YOU'RE FINISHED !
