A/N: Wow. 131 views in just a couple of days. I was NOT expecting this book to be this popular.
VOTE: What should I change about this book? What do you think about it?

N, curious, asks, "What does shi-" V slaps her hand over his mouth.
"Nope," she says. N looks disappointed, that he couldn't learn a new word.
I realize I should NOT say anything above 4th grade level. N is just far too innocent to understand anything. We climb down the hill of junk and old rusted metal parts, closer to the tall tower of dead worker drones.
I don't feel a slight sense of guilt for what our species have done to the worker drones. I mean, they were corrupted, right? So, they shouldn't deserve a chance to live.
V and N are kind of agreeable. As we come up close to the towering pile of corpses, I really start to notice how tall it is. It is taller than all the surrounding abandoned buildings, and it's so large and tall that the DDs have fashioned a home inside of it.
N opens up the metal door to the inside of the tower. It's not very pretty, but livable.
The bodies are being held up by pieces of metal, preventing it from caving in. Another DD jumps down the chute to the second floor, with a chill expression.
"Hey! Did you catch anything delicious?" the DD asked V and J, not noticing me behind them.
"Yep, but it barely was enough to keep us ourselves from overheating. Seems that the worker drones are more cautious now," V reported.
"We'll need a new tactic for hunting for their oil," the DD said, still not noticing me behind them. I use this time to look around more. There are several places where you could do some important work, like a desk and a chair, although I don't see much use for them.
"Also, we need to call JCJenson to see if we can order in a new Disassembly Drone. We're going to need all the help we can get if we really want to murder out the Worker Drones," the DD reported to V and N, cackling.
The DD rambled on without knowing I was here, so I 'accidentally' stepped on a creaky metal pipe sticking out of the ground halfway.
That catches the DD's attention. "A human? What is he doing here?" The DD's hands switch out with claws.
V says, "Oh yeah. Him. We found him in a crashed space plane."
N adds, "By we, V means I."
"Shut up N! You're ruining my reputation!"
"Oh yeah? Your fake reputation?" N returns, and the DD retracts her claws to watch the chaos unfold.
"You really should shut up before I strangle you!"
"Umm, hello? Are you two lovebirds done arguing yet?" the DD asked V and N, clearly having enough of this.
"Whaaa-?" V and N said in unison. "We're not in love with each other. In fact, I hate you!" They turn away from each other, crossing their arms.
"Is it just me or does he look bluish?" the DD noticed. I look down, and it turns out I forgot it was like negative 0 degrees. (ik ik theres no negative 0 but just to empasize how cold it was)
I am turning slightly blue, which surely CANNOT be something good.
"Y-yo-u'-re rig-ght," I say, shivering as I snap back to reality.
"J, get some wood!" N shouts at the DD, who I know is called J now.
J asks, "What for? It's not going to help or something."
