A Very busy day

No POV

It's been a week since the whole Ice Queen fiasco, and Gumball is currently in his study with the one and only Fiona the human and her ever loving pal Cake the cat. The pair have been talking and studying, mostly Gumball but Fiona is there for protection, on how Ice Queen became so messed up, not knowing that the answer to what they are desperately trying to solve was right under their noses. "It has to be a spell or a curse, but I can't figure out whose magic in AAA can even put that deep of a curse on someone," The Pink prince said, as he paces around the room, "Well what if the person who cased the spell is ya know not around anymore? Kicked the bucket? Having the long sleep? 6-Feet under th-" Gumball interrupts, "I get it Fiona you think he's dead." Fiona looks at cake and says, "Well I didn't wanna out right say it." Cake puts a paw on Fiona's shoulder, "I liked the metaphors Fi I thought they were very necessary." She nods proudly, "ANYWAY," Chimes Gumball, "Even if the wizards that did this was dead there would still be proof he even existed, but none, zero, zilch!" Fiona pouts and crosses her arms, "Oh so when you do it its ok but when I do it its annoying," Gumball looks over at Fiona as if to say not the right time for this fight, the girl throws her hands up and says, "Ok ok, WHAT IF Ice Queen is just cray and there's nothing deeper to it?" Gumball sighs, "There's always something deeper."

Marshall POV

So today I've got nothing to do seeing as to how Gumball is doing nerd stuff and Fiona is helping, I could go over there ya know see what's up? Buuuuut I'll probably distract Gumball from important stuff. I get up from my bed and fly downstairs and fiddle with my bass, as I stum a tune I hear a knock at the door, I sigh and get up as I fly to the door, I can feel a strange icy chill. I slowly open the door and am answered to the one-person I'd never thought I'd see. "Simone?" She smiles and walks right in the door shoving past me, "Oh I don't know who this Simone is but I'm here to make a deal with you Mr.Sweettooth." I look at her in disbelief, "And what exactly is this deal?" I ask as I cross my arms, "Well seeing as to how my lovely Prince Gumball hates your guts now, I was wondering if maybe you could help me win him back!" I look at her with a cocked eyebrow, she doesn't know I told him the truth, hmmm maybe I'll see what she wants, "Ok let's just say I'm in on the deal NOT saying I am but pretend I am what does this deal entail?" She snickers, "Well I need you to lure him to the entrance of the Candy Kingdom, and make sure he is there exactly at sunset." still having an eyebrow raised, I question her, "Why sunset? What's gonna happen?" She just snickers again and moves to the door. What the hell does she have planned? Is she gonna hurt him? "Look Simone, I can't help you ok, me and Gumball actu-" before I finished my sentence, she stops me and scoffs, "Wow I can't believe you wouldn't help me, even after everything I've done for you." She crosses her arms and pouts like a six-year-old. My blood started to boil, I mean yeah she did ALOT for me when we first met but the Simone I knew, the Simone that I love like a mother, WOULD NEVER say that to me let alone, Lie to me about one of the worst moments in my life, Try as hard as she can to break me and Gumball up just so she can force him to marry her. That's it I'm done with her; I genuinely can't do this anymore. "Simone get out." I say trying to stay calm, "OH so you're NOT gonna he-" This time I cut her off, "NO SIMONE IM NOT GONNA HELP YOU! I'M NEVER GOING TO HELP YOU AGAIN! IT'S POINTLESS TO HELP YOU WHEN ALL YOU DO IS DESTORY ANYTHING AND ANYONE YOU TOUCH! WHEN YOU CHOSE THE NAME ICE QUEEN IT REALLY WAS A GOOD FIT! SEEING AS TO HOW YOU ARE THE COLDEST HEARTED AND SELFISH PERSON I OR ANYONE IN THE GREAT LAND OF AAA COULD, WOULD, AND EVER MEET! SO, GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW!" I finish screaming at her and just push her out before she can protest. I slide down the door and put my head in my hands, I can hear as she mumbles something and then shortly after she leaves. I don't even know what to do at this point. I feel, bad, like I just lost a member of my family. I mean I guess I have. Maybe I will go see Gumball, get my mind off of this.

Gumball's POV

"UGH, That's not it either!" I scream out as I throw what seems to be the 50th spell book I've buried myself in just to save this insane women. I let out a long sigh, "Maybe you were right Fiona," I say defeated, Fiona, whose been asleep for the last hour, pops her head up being woken up by what I can only assume is me talking to her, "huh? what? Right about what?" I sigh again and get up for my desk, "About Ice Queen just being insane." Cake chimes in, "You're not giving up are you Gumball? Cause that ain't like you to just give up cause it's hard," I sigh, It's not giving up if there was nothing to find in the first place. Fiona pipes up, "Ya know who we should ask for help? Marshall." I look at her confused, "Why Marshall, he doesn't even like Ice Queen." Fiona shrugs and says, "Well I've heard him call her something other than Ice Queen. Something with an S." She starts to tap her head as she tries to think of the name I just start to think. He did call her a different name. I walk over to the window and look out it, what do you know Marshall? All of the sudden I see Marshall flying over to my bedroom window, I can only guess he's trying to find me. I open the window and call out. "YO MARSHALL UP HERE!" He looks up at me and smiles as he flies over. "Hey Gumwad whatcha doin'?" He asks as I move out of the way for him to come inside. Before I say anything, Fiona speaks up first, "Marshall! So glad you're here I've been wondering what did you call Ice Queen? Something with an S, right?" He looks at her and cocks his eyebrow, "You mean Simone?" Fiona screams, "YES! SEE I TOLD YOU GUYS" I facepalm but look at Marshall, "Why do you call her Simone?" He just looks at me shrugs, "It's her name." I just look at him dumbfounded, "Ok, how do you know it's her name?" His demeaner changed in an instant, he went from being what looked like, happy and willing to talk, to looking at the floor as if he was going to cry, "Marshall? Are you ok?" I question, He looks at me with glossy eyes as if he is holding back tears, "Yeah I'm fine, Me and Simone go way back, we met in the ruins of city after the bomb went off." I just look at him with loving eyes, he looks so hurt like everything he is thinking about is happening all at once right in front of him. But he knew her then, maybe she was different then, maybe even normal. "Marshall if you don't mind me asking, was she crazy back then?" He looks up at me and sighs, "Sometimes, but it was weird cause it was only when she put her crown on, but honestly I don't remember much about that time." I think for a second. The crown, we've always known it's the source of her power, but never once did, I think. I quickly rush over to my desk and start sorting through the books I've read. "Well, you changed your attitude pretty quick." Marshall says as he turns towards me, Fiona chimes in excited, "No! He found what he was looking for!" I look at Fiona and point at her, "Fiona you get a cookie." She fist Pumps and turns to high five Cake. "This whole time I've been thinking someone did this to Ice Queen, but she did it to herself!" I flip through the pages and finally find what I'm looking for, I cringe as I dog ear the page, it's for a good cause Gumball, it's for a good cause, I rush out of the room in one swift move.

No POV

As Gumball rushed out, Marshall and Fiona look at each other as Cake pipes up, "So Imma follow him, Y'all comin'?" She questions, as Fiona looks at her and nods running out the door along with Cake, Marshall follows right behind them, As the group rushes by the windows of the great hall Marshall stops, Its sunset. Gumball is heading straight to the entrance of the Candy Kingdom, And Marshall is the reason for this. He rushes over to the giant door before the others blocking their way, "So what exactly is going on where are you going?" Marshall questions, Gumball sighs as if to say, you already know, "The Ice Kingdom, I've got to see if I can get a sample from Ice Queen," He goes to move the dark prince out of the way, but he didn't move. Marshall is currently trying to figure out what to do. Does he let Gumball leave and get his sample, but what about Ice Queen? Even if Marshall said he wasn't going to help her is she still gonna be there? He just sits there so conflicted, so scared for the one he loved, Marshall tries to calm himself, seeing Fiona and Cake being here helps, but what if Ice Queen jumps them? "Marshall, will you please move!" The small male yells at the prince of darkness, Marshall looks at him, Gumball is angry. Not just angry, pissed off that Marshall is getting in his way of curing someone. Not just anyone, but the person who protected Marshall when he needed it most. Fiona steps forward with her hand on her sword, "Come on Marsh, just move man it's not that deep I'll be there," she says, as she steps closer to the taller man. "No, I won't let you, it's not safe!" Fiona and Gumball look at each other with puzzling looks "What do you mean it's not safe?" Questions Gumball as Marshall looks at him with fear in his eyes he sighs, "If it's that important let me go get the sample, I know you have Fiona, but I don't wanna risk anything." Gumball looks at him as his expression softens, he starts to think to himself and sighs giving a vile to Marshall. "I just need a sample, it can be anything she's eaten on, something in a hairbrush, if she even has one, hell it can be a booger on the wall just something from her got it?" Marshall nods and takes the vile, Fiona and cake sidle up next to Marshall, "Don't worry PG we'll keep your boy toy safe!" Fiona pipes out with a big tooth grin. Marshall groans and swings open the door as he leaves. This is definitely gonna be fun.
