do you princess/prince?

You and keegan had been dating for months , everything was going great from the start until about mid way into your relationship you started to loose feelings for him. Nothing that he had done it was honestly all on your end. You felt as if he wasn't meeting your standards but you never dared to say anything in fear for his anger or hurting him as well but little did you know the more you got distant the more he realized you stopped loving him and the more pain it caused him.

You and keegan sat on a couch in the common room sitting at least one person apart. You were apart of 141 keegan was not he was apart of a different group which happened to be working with 141 for a short period of time. You'd think that would be great right? You two together, working side by side. Thought wrong.

"Somethings going on with you two.." soap stated the obvious as he sat down making himself comfortable on the other couch in between ghost and gaz.

Keegan glanced at you then at soap not wanting to say anything not wanting to admit that there was something wrong with you both. If he said it out loud then it would become real and he didn't want that , he didn't want to lose you but his efforts to fix your relationship failed every time. His kind gestures went un noticed you were far too gone for any type of fixing. After a few moments of awkward silence keegan leaned forward. Now the room was filled with 141 task members. Ghost, soap , price, Gaz even Konig even tho he's apart of a different group he was there as well, KorTac was apart of the little operation going on. Many people from different task forces were brought together in hopes to assist with the next coming mission.

Keegan adjusted in his seat looking at you then at the men around him. He sucked in a deep breath his voice surprisingly softer and quiter. "Y/n. . . Y/n doesn't want me anymore... do you princess/ prince?" His jaw clenched , his heart ached as he admitted the truth, quickly blinking away tears he leaned back his legs spread apart his left leg bouncing as the group looked around in shock and silence. Everyone knew you were together and thought you two would be end game. You could feel his heart break tears threatened your eyes as the room filled with dreaded silence. No one uddered a word everyone just awkwardly looked around or stared at there feet. What made it worse was you not denying his words, you didn't even try to make it seem like you did want him and that hurt worse than the silence in the room.

"I knew I was in over my head.." He muttered before standing up his body tense and sweaty from working his ass off and now knowing he wasn't loved anymore by the person he thought he'd spend forever with hurt more than he thought it would. Sure he's experienced heartbreak before but you were more than his high-school relationships or any before that.

You watched as he walked away leaving the common room, you didn't want this awkwardness anymore so you got up exused yourself  before leaving the room and leaving your relationship behind.
