I get a hit on my head again. It's come to the point I have a headache. "Come on, concentrate," says Caius. He looks at me with his usual glaring face.
I growl slightly, and frustration rises in me with every second that passes. I swing the type like sword, what they like to call a 'blazer'. I think it's a weird name since a blazer is also clothing. It was designed by the dawnbreakers itself. This kind of sword would have gone to many evolutions. They found just one original, that's now a part (together with all the other dawnbreaker equipment) stuffed into a small museum. The only thing is, it isn't a museum. The only one that is allowed to go there is the Ascendant Order.
Other good news, I finally know the difference between the two: there isn't. Ascendant order just has a higher position as the Sanctum Council, or at least... that's what I think...

Another hit on the head wakes me out of my thoughts. "Concentrate." Caius sternly voice matches his glare. However, somewhere in his his eyes see a hint of amusement.

He is enjoying this...

"Yeah, yeah..."I mutter to him, trying to hide the irritation. "You need to control your techniques. It's not even handy to only know them when you're in a life-threatening situation," replies Caius. His eyes pierce through mine. His glare haunts me through the depths of my mind. "Again," he says in a demanding voice.

Honestly... since it's a couple of days ago, I haven't been really scared anymore, but Caius really scares me. Mostly, his harsh glare is more painful than hurting words could ever be.

I swing the blazer again, but... it just doesn't feel right. Something is like... wrong with it. I can hear Caius sigh tiredly, however be doesn't say anything with my wrong move. "Again."
"How is this supposed to kill liquid?"I ask. "You tell me you killed Night Stalkers before. The only here who did..." His last sentence sounds quiet. But his harsh facial expression doesn't change.

I release my fight position, pulling my hand forward to hand back the blazer. "This isn't working," I say to him. "Are you giving up?"he asks, Caius sounds slightly angry, but I shake my head. "I didn't say that... it's just that the blazer isn't my weapon."
"Did you have another position then?" Caius sounds genuinely curious. "I don't know, my mind is still foggy," I reply. "Hm..."Caius's voice, low voice, makes my heart skip a beat.
"All the other weapons you showed me felt natural just this one doesn't..."
Caius takes the sword blazer from me, without saying a single word.

Just then, the door opens, carefully a head sticks out carefully to see if it's a good time. A girl with blond hair bound into a ponytail looks at us with an awkward smile. Caius expression doesn't change as he looks at her with the same glaring face. "What?"he asks impatiently. "There is someone for [name]," she says with a small chuckle. Caius sighs, but he signs his hand, giving me approval to leave the training session. I nod with a small smile of appreciation and follow the girl through the halls.

I glance at her from the side as she leads me to another room. Her eyes are fixed before us, desperate trying not to look at me. Her back is straight as she walks stiffly and fast. It's clear she isn't comfortable with me. However, most people have great hate for me, but she rather looks... scared. Perhaps I could convince that I'm on her side?

I take a deep breath and gather my courage. "So... I assume you know who I am... so who are you?"I ask softly. The girl doesn't move her head, but her eyes look at me for just a split second. "J-Julia," she replies softly. Her hands are glued together before her while she doesn't dare to move except for walking forward. "Julia is a beautiful name," I tell her. A small sign of emotion crosses her face, and her cheeks burn up. "T-thanks."
"Who wants to see me?"I ask. She lets out a sigh as her shoulder starts to relax with the different subject. "Commander Cross," she says.

That's not a name I recognize... is it the commandor himself?

"You mean the commandor or another commandor?"I ask. Julia, let's go of her hands. "No, the commandor you've talked to is our commandor, the Sanctum Council," she pauses. "You're going to meet the higher up. He's one of the best soldiers in Ascendant Order, the mightiest. No one can compare to him, "she explains. Her voice was kind and soft, just like her face. "Should I be worried?"
"Maybe, maybe not. I wouldn't know." I notice ber body isn't as stiff anymore and decide to throw her the same question that I asked almost everyone.

"What did I do to piss everyone off?"I ask. Julia's head turns to me, her face showing shock and surprise. "What?"
"What did I do so everyone hates me?"I ask again, this time more confident.
"You don't remember?" It's like the complete fear has been slapped off her face as she finally looks at me like I'm a person. A human being.

"I don't remember anything at all," I answer her truthfully. "So you don't know what you've done? Like not who you are or used to be?"she asks curiously. "Nothing," I confirm. "I mean, I have a few memories of the Dawnbreakers, but that's it."
"What about your family, your friends, the Night Stalkers?"
"None," I say again.
"Then... I guess you're one of the lucky ones. I think everyone would like to forget what happened to our world."

Suddenly, a loud alarm goes off. Our first instinct is to cover our ears. Julia perks up. "Ah God..."  She murmurs. "What is happening?"I yell through the sirens.

"The Night Stalkers... They're here!"
