During lots of preparation and planning and finding notions for a hope chest. This simple act of creating a cedar chest for marriage. Inside a splendid smell of Cedar. To plummet into a feather tic bed is the best comfort ever feather tic bed. I ended up buying. Angie had to admit to herself, Marie thought her purchases waunderbra and picked out a kitchen set old antique, and several glass oil lamps for her apartment. They bought and fater took home for us.
Our apartment inside our parent's large house. Up in the backside of the house, a flight of stairs up and an outside porch, patio furniture, screened-in, and a rock fireplace. This is a five-season porch.
Inside three bedrooms, two bathrooms plumbered in. A nice full kitchen and dining room a library, very large for an apartment, more like a duplex.
Marie and Angie, are still on board putting out antique Amish items. Mater said," Look what I found my Girls, some unfinished quilts. I may buy these to finish for our home, whatcha thinking?
" Mater these are beautiful," Both Girls said. Smiling at her happy. She paid cash for them at the checkout, giving them to Fater to put in the buggy bus. Then I returned to unload boxes of antiques.
The next thing we knew of a Stranger came riding into out Town. He be Amish Alright, a large man. Someone said, "That man is hurt, someone help, please." Mr. Isac yelled, rushing to the horseman's side, all hunched over by this time.
A dark blonde, Pennsylvania Dutch-looking man looked to be in his late twenties. Blood-strewn face, a cut on the side of his face. His quarter horse a bay on, gentle and faithful to his master. He stood perfectly still for them to take him down from the saddle.
By the time he came down gently, lay on a gurney, right into an ambulance, to a downtown Hospital. Sirens were heard as it pulled away from the Antique fair. All heads looked in that direction, bowing their heads in prayer. Wondering what had happened?
They found out he'd come from a long Line of Beilers close by hit a tree branch and about killed him. Marie was assigned to go up to visit him, having not ever met him before.
After buying so much furniture at the antique fair. Displaying it in the house, decided to make up some friendship cards to take to the hospital as gifts. She felt happy to visit a shut-in sickly.
" May I shuffle this around? Angie said while holding an arm full of dresses hung on velvet-covered hangers, smiling immensely through it all ." These pretty dresses , were just bought from an Amish women's apparel store.
Marie had to move from her way blocking the entrance to the walk-in closet. Pulled on the string light turned on I stantly. Sounds of her heels on the hardwood floor. Smelling, yes cedar closet nothing like it
Coming right behind her Maria taking dresses from her reach to hang on the opposite side of the closet. " This dress , top beige bottom half black  , Ramey cotton material, wrinkles easy . I'm any case I will iron it slightly damp using starch. What do ya think Schwester?
Angie replied," I iron mine the same way . Except I try to buy material as of late which doesn't require so much ironing. Let me show you what I do to test fabric before I buy . Take it in your hand liken this and squeeze in a ball in your palm, see this way. Then release it nope doesn't wrinkle if it is going to , the fabric will stay wrinkled."
" To whom it may concern , Dress , sales plain not fancy , Thank You . Amish Mode Boutique," Angie read aloud , this flyer in the bottom of the Store bag from the dresses just purchased.
" Let's go to it Angie ," Marie said all excited about it as much as they loved clothes.
May we then break the day in sunshine and scripture from our Bibles. Healing words jump off the page , to teach us lessons. Once our Father God Is waiting to give us hope through his words."
Marie drove the farm field truck into the town of Fate Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Grosspapa riding along for safety not for her to travel alone.
Today they talked about trivial things read in the Pioneer newspaper from the town where they lived in. Things going on at the time being,
New Antique Market, is being built in our Barn. Needless to say very proud of the achievement accomplished by the Zook family.
Another thing is, Bottomless pit Apple Orchard, every kind of Apple imagined grows there inside the orchard. You never hit the end Bottomless Pit. Big bags named "Apple picken," Bags.  In color off white Jean material.
All around Spring day in May so pretty an warm outside. Buds on trees come out in full bloom, and small apples on the trees, soon to be full-sized. Shiny, red, or pink-red, light green, Golden. Yes totally, juicy and delicious. Taking a bite juice squirts out, a sweet, vibrant taste so unforgettable gut to eat.
" There be the Hospital," Grosspapa Zook, pointed out. Marie drove into the parking with the patient's visitor. Driving in slow to park.
Getting out and entering inside the smell of fresh clean. Grosspapa followed behind, as Marie stopped to stop for his room number 300, third floor. " Grosspapa you stay to wait for me down in the lounge ." Yes, I'm getting kaffi and a sugar cookie while waiting and reading a book I've brought along.
Maria wearing a pretty light gray frock, and a white scarf tied to the back of her head. A slight amount of pigment makeup to the face. Mascara ever so light to look natural, pink lip gloss. On her feet black ked slides.
Then taking the escalator up to the third floor, walked along Nurses said hello waved at her showed her room 300. Nurse Hillary knocked gently, " Good morning ", Shem Beiler, and Marie Zook, came to visit you today." There Marie, step on in."
" Gut morning Shem, I came to visit you, remember me I have been chosen by Minister Zook to come see you."
" Danke, Marie, glad to see you, what do ya have here for me? He smiled, laughing all at the same time. " Oh, I see a " Look Card," Used to greet yourself each morning. A Pink donut, cola, sparkling, a stripped red straw inserted. Amishman, in the field, plowing up, to plant corn and beans. The crack of lightning against a dark ski, as an Amishman drives under it in a large wood wagon. The favorite deli in town menu, and church prayer.
" My favorite gift, I shall treasure forever, Danke so much." Marie sat next to the bed, reading Amish men's articles, about farming.
Her pretty voice was clear so serene a voice kind he could get used to.
She looked into his eyes, looking, wanderlust
Maybe inside them. I must tell you in my heart, where your heart lies emotion. She did not know why yet it be felt tenfold.
They visited about his farmstead, a Plain Mennonite Belgium farmer. She hadn't built up the courage yet to ask just what happened to him. This would all come about when she knew him better.
For the time being, it will be fun talking and playing checkers. Drinking kaffi his nurse brought in for both of us and some peanut butter sandwiches, he ordered asking me to stay. Besides homemade chips, raw vegetables, and dip. Shem also received the meal ordered for him by his doctor.
Today such fun, under circumstances, that made some Amishmans, so seriously hospitalized. The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want Psalm: 23:1
