Levi has just woke up, crap he fell asleep during a lecture again. 'Shit'. He rubs the dust from his eyes, hoping no one will have noticed. But his teacher is making direct eye contact with him. He makes an awkward look back at him, knowing he will be given a talking to after class.
He picks up his book quickly and finds where they are up to according to the PowerPoint from the projector. Luckily, he only missed a page, but his teacher isn't going to let it slide.
Levi looks around. There are more people in here than usual. It's almost cram packed. Levi doesn't like this class at the best of times, but with so many people, it's worse. 'Deep breath' Levi's anxiety is not helping him concentrate on what the professor is saying. All he can think about is the rush of people when the class ends and him being trampled like a Pepsi can.
The lecture room has tall ceiling and wooden panelling on the walls. It makes Levi feel like an ant. The seats are comfortable enough, but the space is crowded despite its size. He is almost shoulder to shoulder with the guy next to him. And he makes Levi look like a child with him towering next to him.
*ZZZZZZ*
Levi's phone buzzes on the desk. Makes him jump. 'Jesus christmas'. He picks up his phone. Clicking the power button. The screen lights up. He has 4 messages from Conan. He unlocks his phone.
Messages:
C. Hey beautifu, when do you want to video call later:
C. Wait, are you in class? i apologize, darn time zones:
C. :text me when you're finished:
C. :i see you x:
Levi looks at the time. The lesson has 17 minutes left, and he sighs. And puts his phone away. He looks straightforward and decides to concentrate for the rest of the lesson the best he can.
"I will see you all next term. Please remember to revise for the test when we get back and to read the rest of Pride and Prejudice....... Levi, I need to speak with you. "
'Crap'. Levi waits for the room to almost completely clear before packing up his books before making his way down the steps.
L. Yes, sir?
"You fell asleep again,"
The professor sighs. You are one of my best students, but you must try to stay awake and get this information in that head of yours. Your exams aren't far away now, and we know you can do great. Levi looks down at his feet. Knowing the professor is right, he always is. If Levi wasn't an insomniac, this wouldn't be a problem.
L. I know sir iam sorry I am trying to get help for my sleeping habits.
He puts a hand on Levi's shoulder

Levi smiles and leaves the lecture hall. He walks slowly down the hall to avoid the majority of the foot traffic. At the end of the term, lots of people and Levi values himself in one piece.
He takes out his phone and goes on to his messages to respond to Conan.

L: I've finished my last lesson for the term. Now I get a few months off before exams.
