"Can't you see."

Reva pushed pass everyone who was running along the pavement to save their precious and valuable things, from the first rainy shower of the season.

She jogged alongside the pavement in her own world,not paying attention to anyone.

Her clothes were drenched from the heavy rain as she ran and so was her heart,drenched from betrayal of the twin's,two of those who she trusted deeply.

Her heart stopped beating when Arden announced that he was Reema's boyfriend.

Of course!! How could she be so stupid!!
The one who loved Reema,couldn't love as simple and plain girl like her.

Reva thought, her tears mixed with the rainwater that fell on her face.

Her heart still constricted at the thought of Reema having the twin's.

She misunderstood their attention towards her,maybe they were helping her because of her father, William Cale.

Reva kept running until she reached the bridge. The bridge was empty, no person nor any vehicle was seen.

She stood near the guardrail, gripping the wet metal between her hands in a death grip.

She was angry, sad, torn, heartbroken, gloomy, forlorn, despondent, and mournful.

Mourning for her broken heart and angry towards the twin's for not telling her the most important thing of their life,she was even more livid towards her own self.

Livid for being so stupid and listening to her heart to give into them, to again trust anyone who she knew would betray her,who would break his promise and leave her dejected.

She screamed and cried out loud facing the raining sky.

"Why me?"

She sobbed loudly,kicking the rail.

"Why does this always happen to me?"

Reva slid down on the pathway,and bought her knees up to her chest,wrapping her arms around her legs,burying her face between them.

(flashback)

"What?"
Reva stilled in Arden's hold.
"What did you say?"
She whispered,not believing her own ears what she heard.

"I.. We were her boyfriends five years ago..."
Arden replied,ashamed of his stupidity and hormones which led him to his own destruction.
"But we left her as soon as we realized how cruel and manipulative she is."
Ashten tried to calm her down.
Reva pushed Ashten away from her legs and pulled herself out of Arden's hold,who didn't protest against her moves afraid that she would do something worst.

Reva stood few steps away from them, her back facing them and her head hung down.
Ashten stood up slowly so did Arden.
"Rev..."
"Did you knew about me?"
Reva asked abruptly,turning around to face them.
"Yes. We knew she had a step sister."
Ashten whispered.
"And I assume she also told you how they treated me?"
Reva seethed.
Ashten cringed slightly at the venom filled in her voice,while Arden glared at her.
"No.. We didn't. She was using us that time, acting all goody-two-shoes in front of us. We didn't knew she was that bad."
"That bad?"
Reva yelled her anger reaching the sky.
"I'll show you how bad she is."
Reva shrugged her jacket and pulled her shirt up,showing the round burn scars on her lower stomach.
"This is how bad she is. She used to burn me with the cigarettes whenever she wasn't satisfied by her boyfriends."
She squalled.
Arden glared at her. Taking two large steps towards her,he grabbed her hands and pulled her towards him.
She matched his glare,but his grey eyes were so deeply filled with emotions that made her look away from them.
"We didn't knew it was you,or else we would've told you the truth. And believe me Red,we never loved her,ever."
He whispered,his steel grey eyes blazing anger and burning bright with pure hot ire.
He gripped her chin and leaned forward to lay a kiss.
Reva snapped out of his enchantment and pushes him away.
