I opened my eyes seeing I was in a hotel room trying to remember in the last few hours

I walked back to the hospital and checked in,when I checked in I went into Silas room to see nothing

Where tf-

Nurse:ohh sorry Silas went into surgery

Oh

I went into the waiting room nd waited for him to come back to his room

-some hours later-

I woke up and felt someone tapping me I woke up to see the same nurse telling me Silas was out of surgery and that I could come back to the room

When I went inside his room I saw him laying in the bed with bandage on his neck

I sat beside him and held his hand

💭:cnom Silas wake up wake up

I laid my head on his bed and closed my eyes

When I woke up I saw the tv was on so I looked up and saw Silas awake

Silas waved at me and smiled I waved and smiled back

I looked at the tv to see finding Nemo was on,A few minutes later I felt Silas tap me

Hm

He pointed at a cup on the side of his bed so I got up and grabbed for him

Silas then said"thank u"in sign language

I continued watching the movie with him and chilled as time passed by

Silas:papa

Hm?

Silas:my thrwoat hurts

U want some meds?

Silas shook his head no and pointed to the cup again,I stood up and gave the cup to him so he could drink from it

Feel better or it still hurt?

Silas:it still hwurts

Mk ima call the nurse

Silas hummed in response as I grabbed the remote and called the nurse

Nurse:what's up?

His throat hurts can you give him meds fa dat or nah?

Nurse:yea I can grab him some you want something else to drink or that in your cup?

Silas:hmm someting else this nasty

Nurse:sure thing I'll be back

I hummed in response and got back in my chair

A few minutes later the nurse came back with his meds and drink

Nurse: here's ur meds and ur apple juice,anything else I can help you guys with?

Nah

Nurse:ok we'll just press the button if you guys need anything else ok?

I nodded my head and she left out the room

I opened the messager app and clicked on the contact number "maybe kamry"

Thinking I already blocked her I blocked the new number and closed my phone.later that day everyone was texting me

Stilling on my ghosting shit I turned their notifications off and looked over at Silas to see him sleep so I put the blanket over him and went over to the couch and took a nap

Thursday January 20,2024
3:04 am

I was sleeping when i heard Silas gasping panicking I jumped up and went over to him to see him choking on his own blood.I quickly sat him up and started patting his back Making him cough all the blood up into a bin in front of him

Still in shook I pressed the nurse button while still patting his back

When the nurse came in she called for backup and told me to back up from the bed

A few minutes later they got him stable and I sighed in relief as I saw him going back to sleep but I couldn't go back to sleep due to my anxiety

2 weeks later

Nurse:uhh sir?

I jumped out of my sleep and sat up

Hm?-I mumbled rubbing my eyes

Nurse:me and my team ran some test and Silas checks out to be stable enough so you guys can go home now and also I've ordered some meds for u to pick up for Silas oh and remember this neck brace is to stay on at all times but when he takes a shower or bath or goes to an doctors appointment he can take it off but until then THIS NECK BRACE MUST NOT BE REMOVED FROM HIS NECK got it?

I nodded my head in confusion as to y she's yelling at me still half sleep

Nurse:if removed without permission he will be in critical condition

Ok

I looked seeing silas was sleep then I looked back at the nurse to see her walking over to me with his discharge papers,I signed the papers and she left,she later came back with Silas clothes and shoes

I thanked her and got up and got ready to leave the hospital

I got up from the couch and folded the blanket I then went over to Silas and lightly shook him

Si get up we're going home today

He slowly opened his eyes and looked around

Cnom

I held my hand out waiting for him to grab it,Once he grabbed my hand I got him dressed

Ok you ready?

Silas:mhm

Ok

I grabbed Silas hand and we both left

You hungry?

Silas:no just tired

Ok
