Hidden Secrets (Shinee Onew)

"Be ready because I am on my way to pick you up Jagiya! I have a special day planned out! Starting with chicken for lunch!" Onew laughed over the phone.

You and Onew have been dating for two years now and everything has been going smoothly in your guy's relationship.

"Alright Oppa! Just ring the doorbell when you get here. Because I'm upstairs fixing my hair!" You giggled at his goofiness.

"Alright. I'll leave you to get ready! Saranghae Jagiya!" He laughed and then hung up.

You smiled and then finished brushing your hair before placing your favorite flower clip that Onew bought you.

"I hope he'll like my outfit!" You said as you twirled around the bathroom in your sun dress.

You picked up your purse and your phone and then ran downstairs to wait for Onew.

"Oh Jagiya~!" You heard Onew's sweet voice sing from outside your door and then the doorbell rang.

"I'm coming Oppa!" You ran to the door and then swung it open.

Onew was standing outside with a big smile on his face, "Ah you light up my day! Hi Jagiya!" He picked you up and twirled you around in his arms, "Come. I have the whole day planned for the two of us!" He smiled and took your hand, "Starting with chicken!"

You laughed and kissed his cheek, "My Oppa loves chicken! Where are we eating chicken at?"

"My friend owns a chicken place! I known him since high school! All of us friends go there all the time! To the chicle place we go!" Onew laughed dragging you to his car.

You and Onew pulled up to a cute and quiet looking chicken restaurant. He hopped out of the car and opened the door for you.

"My lady." He kissed your hand making you giggle.

"Why aren't you the gentlemen?" You giggled and held his hand.

The two of you walked into the restaurant only to be greeted by a loud voice, "Yah! Onew-ah!"

A man jumped over the counter and hugged Onew. He then saw you and smiled, "Ah! Onew's girlfriend! You're so pretty!"

Onew sat you down at a table, "Stay here while I go order." He kissed you're forehead and walked over to the register, "You know what I want! Chicken for me and my lady!"

His friend typed in the order, "Can I talk to you outside?"

Onew nodded and then followed him outside to the front of the restaurant.

"You still haven't broken up with Shi-Jin ah yet!" He crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow at him.

"I haven't. I've tried but it doesn't work. I've been planning to try to break it off again. I really love (y/n) not Shi-Jin." Onew sighed and placed his hands in his pocket.

"I don't understand how you could hide this from (y/n)-ssi for two years. I could tell that she's a sweet and genuine girl. When she finds out about this I know she'll be hurt."

Onew sighed, "I know. I know. I feel horrible for hiding this from her."

"Well you know how Shi-Jin is my cousin? Yeah she's currently upstairs in my apartment. What will you do if she comes downstairs to see that your with (y/n)-ssi?" Onew's friend looked up at the apartment, "How are you going to save yourself here?"

Onew looked around and saw you on your phone. He smiled softly and then sighed, "I love (y/n). I can't let her go this easily. I'll make it work."

Onew sat down in front of you with a smile on his face, "You're so cute you know? And I love the fact that you're my girl."

You smiled at him as the chicken was placed on the table, "Gomawo." You smiled at Onew's friend and ate a piece of chicken.

"Wow this is so good!" You're eyes lit up every little bite you took, "Oppa I see why you love this chicken!"

Onew picked up a piece of chicken and started eating, "Jagiya. You know that you can be completely honest with me right? With everything?"

You nodded, "Of course I know Oppa. I have always been honest with you. I have nothing else to tell you about me. You know everything. Why? Is something wrong?"

"Aniyo it's nothing. I just love you." He leaned across the table and kissed you softly on the lips.

"Oppa?"

Both you and Onew turned your head and saw a girl standing at the staircase with her arms crossed and a pissed off look.

"Who is this thing that you're kissing?" She walked over to your table and knocked the chicken off of it.

"Shi Jin ah! That's enough!" Onew's friend shouted from behind the counter and ran over to you and Onew.

"Oppa? What's going on?" You asked.

"Don't call him Oppa!" Shi Jin took your glass of water and poured it on top of you, "Onew Oppa and I have been dating for three years! Who are you?! Just some pig trying to steal my boyfriend!"

You stood up and your eyes widened from the shock, "Oppa?! Is this true?!"
A worker ran over to you and placed a towel on you.

"He hasn't broken up with me. So we're still together." Shi Jin grabbed Onew by the collar of his shirt and pulled her in for a kiss.

Your eyes widened and tears started to fall, "H-how could you...."

You picked up your bag and then ran out of the restaurant.

Onew pushed Shi Jin off of him, "Get off me! You're crazy! I tried braking up with you once! Get it through your mind! I don't love you! I love her!"

Shi Jin's eyes widened, "But Oppa!"

"Shi Jin shut up!" Onew's friend yelled, "You ruined their relationship! Go upstairs now! Onew you go after her."

Onew nodded and placed some money on the table, "Mianhae for all the commotion." He took off running out of the restaurant.

"(Y/n)-ah?! Jagiya! Where are you?! Love please hear me out! Where are you?!" Onew ran down the street looking in every store and every alley.

"Jagiya..." He started crying, "Please where are you? Why did you leave? You're the one for me."

You sighed and soon ended up back at your house. You placed your bag on the rack and then looked at your reflection in the mirror.

"Oppa how can you do this to me?" You took the clip out of your hair and placed it on the table and then went to get a glass of water.

Once you finished drinking the doorbell rang.

"I'm coming!" You ran over to the door and opened but you wanted to close it right away because the person standing outside was Onew.

"Jagiya please!" Onew held the door open and you just looked away from him.

"You were lying to me for me for two whole years. You asked me to be your girlfriend when you were already dating someone. I can't date someone who lies to me. Especially for that long."

Onew's eyes widened, "You're really going to end it this way for us?"

You nodded, "I'm sorry Onew. You've been good to me until I discovered what you're hiding. You told me I was your first girlfriend. Your first love. And all of that turned out to be a lie. I'm sorry it has to be like this."

You pushed his hand away and closed the door without letting him speak.

Onew's eyes widened and then he slid down the door in tears. Just like you on the other side.
