Mind, where are you?

So I've been journalling for about three month now (Date: 28.12.23) and I wanna share a little something from my experience:

What I've realised about journalling is. The person that you are in the last entry of you journal is a totally different person compared to the person you were in the beginning. And as you keep journalling, book by book, saying goodbye to the people you were and staying true to yourself, you evolve into the person you are meant to be.

From my journalling experience, I've
realised that our minds play very important role in our growth. Our minds are like very powerful mechines. It either controls you or you control it. By writing down certain things, you pint out the flaws and habbits that you want to change in your life, putting everything that's bothering you on paper, the mind automatically acknowledges this through vision and starts generating a
solution. Sometimes immediate results are seen after journalling, though sometimes effective results take time to generate. Trust your mind, it all works out through patience.

Push through to make a breakthrough

Your work
It doesn't have to be perfect
It just has to be out there
To make people to understand
Relate
Reflect
And heal

That's not what they want sometimes
I mean, most people don't wish to go away from their problems and come to watch more problems other people face
Some people are not patient enough to witness the beauty that comes out from the problems people face
