Raijin was standing with the other Titans on the shore of Infant Island. Shima, full of energy, was playfully tugging on Rodan's horns while he squirmed in discomfort. Anguirus observed the scene from a distance, amused by the situation.

"Ow ow ow ow, stop they're sensitive!" Rodan cried out in pain, but Shima continued to giggle and pull on his horns. "Anguirus, help me out, for God's sake!"

"Nah, bro, you're on your own," Anguirus replied with a smirk, refusing to intervene.

Raijin kept a close watch on the three Titans, his eyes narrowed. Mothra approached him, her gaze fixed on the playful trio. "Rodan doesn't seem to handle children that well, huh?" she remarked, seeking Raijin's opinion. However, he remained silent, his focus still on the Titans.

Mothra sat down beside Raijin, hoping to engage in a conversation. "You don't have to worry, Raijin. Shima is safe with us," she reassured him. Still, Raijin remained silent. His six eyes still narrowed towards the three Titans. "So, could you please share how you found her?" Mothra gently asked.

Raijin let out a sigh and began to speak. "Do you remember when you and Anguirus asked me to dispose of the Kaiju carcasses?" he asked, and Mothra nodded in affirmation. "I can't quite explain what happened, but one of the Kaiju gave birth to her."

"And you chose to raise her as your own?" Mothra questioned, curious about Raijin's decision. Raijin looked down at his hand, contemplating his response. "Initially... I considered ending her life... my duty is to eliminate any Kaiju I encounter, so I prepared myself for that. But... for some reason... I couldn't bring myself to do it and decided to raise her instead," he explained, revealing his conflicting emotions. Mothra was both shocked to learn that Raijin had contemplated killing a child and relieved that he had ultimately chosen a different path.

"I'm glad you made that choice," she told him with a smile. "Does she know?"

"No, she doesn't," he answered honestly. "But are you planning to tell her eventually?" she asked again. "Do you want me to confess that I've been killing her kind for centuries, that I killed her mother, and that I even planned to kill her when she was born?" Raijin asked, raising an eyebrow. Mothra was at a loss for words. Raijin glanced back at Shima still playing with Rodan and Anguirus, then looked down. "...Exactly."

"You can't keep it a secret from her forever. She'll find out eventually," Mothra advised him, and he let out a sigh. "I know..."

"Give yourself some time," she reassured him, and he nodded.

Walter Simmons slammed his fists down on the table in frustration. "Dammit!" he exclaimed. "I spent over three hundred million dollars on this worthless piece of junk that never stood a chance against the Titans!"

Ren, speaking through a speaker inside the King Ghidorah skull, responded, "OBF-1 didn't just fight Titanus Raijin. The queen, Rodan, and its offspring assisted him."

Walter sighed and calmed himself, walking towards a large window. "But we do have some good news," Ren continued. "Your daughter has managed to discover the hollow earth energy. We will be able to use this energy to power up our creation."

Walter took a sip from his cup and looked out at the colossal robot outside the window, a smirk forming on his face. "Of course," he said. "OBF-1 was just a prototype. This... this is the next best thing."

Inside the giant room, a mechanical Godzilla stood surrounded by organs and limbs from Skullcrawlers. Walter turned to Mr. Serizawa and said, "Mr. Serizawa, once the energy transfer to our Mecha is complete, prepare it to fulfill its purpose and prove that humanity will once again be the apex species."
