A/N: I may or may not gotten the idea of Cordelia Nerissa being a witch from The Owl House, Sabrina the Teenage Witch/Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Unfamiliar (graphic novel by Haley Newsome/LavenderTowne), and Hello, I Am a Witch and My Crush Wants Me to Make a Love Potion! (manga by Eiko Mutsuhana)
AMBER WAS GLIDING from the Mondstadt city to the cottage that the witch lives in. Amber leaned over the door and heard what was happening. She listened to the mess that was brewing in the cottage as a cat meowed. Amber slowly opened the door and looked at the witch. "Ugh!! I have to clean this up now?!" A girl yelled as she summoned her flying broom to her and grabbed a dustpan to clean up the mess that her cat made by knocking the empty potion bottle into the floor.
"Cordelia, you've been making potions since 6:00 AM."
"I know, Mara, but the customers get what they deserve, and what they deserve is potions," Cordelia said as she walked into the trash can and dumped the shattered glass into the trash. Mara turned around, looked at Amber who was staring at Cordelia, and hissed. Amber jumped and slowly closed the door. She turned around and picked up Mara. "Mara, what's wrong?"
"There was a girl who was staring at you! She's at the door!" The black cat said and pointed at the door with her paw. Cordelia put Mara down to the ground and walked to the door. Cordelia opened the door and saw Amber from a distance.
"Well, I see a girl gliding away. Bye-bye, random girl." Cordelia waved to the distanced Amber flying away. Amber obviously didn't see Cordelia waving goodbye to her. Cordelia closed the door and sighed. "Well! Time to make more potions!" She said as Mara groaned at the fact that Cordelia is doing more work.
A/N: Fun Fact about me, my middle name was going to be Amber, so I was going to share my middle name with one of my favorite Genshin characters!
