The calamity was once known as the bringer of destruction and despair. A being with no mind or rational thought. The only thing it could think of was destruction.

As the girls are worried about Izuku, we see Izuku in the hospital bed. Still knocked out. On the outside is not much. But it's what's on the inside where things get interesting.
Izuku: ugh where am I.
He looks around and only sees darkness. But what catches his eye are what appear to be red wisps that appear once and a while.
It's not frequent so Izuku just ignores it. He has currently sitting down but stood up and started walking. He had no idea where he was going. But at least it's better then just sitting. But then he started to notice something. Those red wisps are becoming more frequent. Instead of small skinny lines they were now thicker and much more longer.
As he continues to walk the red lines start to circle Izuku. This freaked him out but he noticed that they weren't doing anything if not they were leading Izuku towards somewhere. So he follows the lines and to see where he is taking him.
After what seemed like hours they arrived at their destination. What Izuku sees could describe nothing more then horrifying. What Izuku sees is a skeleton. No that's not accurate the skeleton had flesh and very little muscle mass. The skeletons position was weird too. It almost seemed like it has being stabbed by something... but nothing was there.

Izuku: wha-what the hell is that thing?
Izuku gets closer to the skeleton until something even more terrifying happened.
CRACK
Izuku heard a loud crack noise and was looking all over the place until he sees the skeleton again only to find its head...moving?
CRACK CRACK CRACK
Now Izuku was definitely terrified. The seemingly dead skeleton is now moving. With each movement there was a loud crack until it stopped. The body completely froze until there was one final.
CRACK
The last crack was even louder and Izuku sees the skeletons head just hanging upside down until another terrifying thing happens. The head cracked once more and was turned to look at izuku. This sent shivers down his spine. Izuku has gotten braver but this shit really scared him. Then after a couple of minutes the seemingly long gone eyes that looked to have rotted away, appeared.
