the teams twist created prominant divisions in the house

as the queens were the only safe team

*shows spencer winning the hoh competition*

they created an alliance between themselves, the queens, and a pair of aces

*shows the kings and queens alliance*

and they had their eyes on the other two aces and the emotional joker

*shows jasmine and charlie's faces on the memory wall*

but after the lawyer won the veto

*shows alan winning the veto*

he used it to save his aces teammate

*shows alan saving charlie*

and the surfer king volunteered as a pawn to keep his alliance together

*shows spencer nominating luke*

tonight, either charlotte or luke will be the first one sent packing. will the jokers or the kings lose a team member? and who will be the next head of household and secure safety for their team. all of this now, live on big brother!

charlotte looked up from the pillow she stuffed her face in. "you think I'll get evicted?" she asked.

alan looked stuck.

"shut up, alan," becca said.

the crowd cheered as julie chen-moonves again stood on the stage. "good evening everyone," she said, "and welcome to big brother!"

another chorus of applause rang from the adoring crowd.

"the first eviction of the summer is set to occur tonight," julie said once the audience quited, "but the first couple weeks of this summer's game have been filled with the consequeences of the teams that the houseguests chose on opening night.

"tonight, a member of the majority alliance sits on the block, and next to him is the target that spent the week melting down. will jasmine, the emotional joker be evicted? or will it instead be luke, who volunteered as a pawn from the kings and queens alliance? all of this later tonight. but first, is the majority alliance really as loyal as they seem?"

Back in the bedroom where the Aces normally held court, Steven and Becca laid in their beds next to each other.

"This one might be up to us," Becca said.
