"As of right, she is resting it couldn't have been fatal to the arm and could've lost motor control and deal with severe pain all in a matter of minutes of being shot. Luckily for her it was in and out wound purely flesh missing her brachial plexus and a bundle of nerves, the bleeding also was controlled and we got it cleaned up in risk of infection...you may go back and see her"The doctor told David as he follows him towards the hospital room, he was just on the phone with Fellini getting chewed out also gained an mysterious call from the man himself Simeon. Probably his lead in the morning he was prepared for anything coming his way.
David blamed himself the whole night, he didn't sleep hoping the injury wasn't fatal because not only would he lose his he'd be losing somebody he actually cared about and that was foreign for him because David was accustomed to being alone.
He couldn't believe he let it happen, how does one solider make a mistake he kept repeating the commands in his mind as he rushed to the hospital.

"Actually I'm glad I didn't wake up to one if my fathers standing in my face—I'm sorry for acting so childish I brought this upon myself really I should have handled it like an adult"

"I'm requesting no more visitors he not about to come In here and blow your fucking brains out not on my watch just because his plan back firing on his dirty ass—it's either that or sneak me out this hospital I wanna see the man Simeon himself"Simone sat up Slowly trying not hurt her arm David stood up stopping the button they wasn't answering anyways.

"No and I don't wanna lose you— my doctor talked about letting me go before you got In here possibly tomorrow just gone give me meds we can get that shit easily we need to go Fellini ass stands on business"Simone said snatching her IV out her arm the alarm started sounding off, David's eyes grew big as grabbed her gently.

"She had a bad dream and woke up snatching everything out I managed to get her under control the nurse in here"David said stepping back so the nurse could look at her arm it left a scar it was done improperly, The lady fixed her back but this time she didn't return the IV in her arm.
"This tends to happen to our patients after being through some traumatic, is there anything I can get you are you in pain miss butler?"
"No ma'am but can I request that no one else come up under any circumstances unless it's with the laws or something just do to my safety...please"Simone begged laying back the nurse nodded before walking back out David rubbed his hand over his face sitting back down hoping she don't get anymore ideas.
Few hours later...
"I knew his ass would show up! We should have left when I made that option the first time got me running for my life from a man I've known to my damn father— what's Simeon's number I need to go get to the bottom of this and we getting the first train to California"Simone yelled in the car as David sped down the street Fellini made his way to new York he made his presence know luckily they left before he could make because one of nurses made it known he was in the building.
"It's in my phone....this is fucking crazy!"David said hitting the steering wheels work, Monica and Fellini been blowing him up all day this it's weird to him that he's cracking under pressure he been numb so long he felt something different coming out.
"Hello?...this is Simone"She spoke looking over at David he pulled the phone down looking at it and it was Simeon he let it go checking his surroundings as he continued driving.
"We need to meet but I have to get out of New York meet us at the address in an hour please"Simone told him as she typed an address into the messages and sent it to him she hung up and sat back in thought it was a silent and fast ride home they both were on edge they knew their lives we're about to change especially Simone.
