Within the Darkness

Ch-9[Break in]

Your body was being carried to the emergency. Sam was there by your side. You fulfilled you desire. You had really less chance of making it out alive. And Sam didn't like it one bit. He sat on a seat, waiting for the worst. They found out that the virus has given you special powers, but it was killing you slowly. They found a cure which would not heal you fully but it will prevent the virus from killing you. But the problem was, you have lost too much of blood. Sam was mess. He felt guilty leaving you there. He was pissed that time. He regret it now. He loved you. You were the only one who bought emotions to him. The doctor came. Sam stood up, ready to get hit by the news.

"She would be fine"

He gave a sign of relief.

"Promise me you won't tell anyone about this"

"Of course, anything for my friend"

Sam smiled. He was ready to take you home, if there was any. That was not a problem. He would make one for you. But your powers should not be disclosed, or else the scientists there will take you to experiment you. He went into your room. You were conscious, but you pretend to sleep when he arrived.

"Hey Y/N, its me Sam, well Liam, uh, my name is Liam. And I really like you, hell even love you. You are the one who brought light into my world. I am sorry to put you in this trouble. I don't believe in love at first sight, but when I first saw you, I felt something. I always watched you from far. I am ready to tell you more about myself, when you wake up"

"I really like your name though, but that's stalking dude"

You smiled opening your eyes. There was tints of pink on Liam's cheek. He looks so cute when blushing. Suddenly you heard breaking of things and shouting.

"Shit....Y/N, can you walk?"

"Maybe"

You got up on your feet but tripped. Liam catched you just in time. He put you on his shoulder and took some vials, his backpack and gun. He rushed out of the room. He killed some zombies on the way. You clutched on to him. There was zombie coming from behind him.

"Liam, watch out!!"

He turned around and shot the zombie on its face. He managed to escape the hospital got both of you into the impala. The car roared to life. He got out of the safe zone which was now inhabited by zombies.

"So where are we going now handsome ?"

He chuckled.

"We are going to another safe zone, and probably the safest one. We can settle there"

"What do you mean by 'we'?", you said teasingly

"You want to know?"

He turned to face you. His beautiful brown eyes stared into your icy blue eyes, and it felt like home. He made you human. You were for sure, stuck with him for the rest of your life, you like it or not.
