But I guess that's what happens when u try to stand up for someone u truly care about

Locked up and in jail
Not sure how to make bail
All I remember is leaving the studio to check on chilli
Once i saw what he did to her
The next thing I know is that
I saw red and when I realized what he had done to her
Everything went black
Dallas was sitting on the music board as if nothing happened
Standing here behind bars with my arms learning over through the outside of the cell
This is some crazy shit I've done to get myself into some deep trouble
I honestly didn't know what i was thinking
The whole situation has gotten out of control
When the police took me away
It didn't hit me until they closed the doors on me
Thinking to myself
I did snap or something
Maybe it was when i saw chilli
Like that it made me lose it.
Seeing her on the floor like that
Crying while holding her bruised cheek is what set me off
Looking down at the floor
I don't tolerate abuse man
Putting his hands on a woman
I didn't mean to almost kill him
But the ass hole deserves to get his ass handed to him
Anything beyond that isn't worth it
Even though I almost killed the poor bastard honestly that wasn't my attention at all
But all at the same time i don't feel sorry for him
After he had it coming rather than sooner or later,
Shrugged i decided to sooner than later
I just hope the judge doesn't give me the long run
Thinking about it now
I understand why she didn't want me to know what he has been doing to her
She knew that i would go off the rails finding out about this
She had fear of me doing something stupid and ending up right in jail
I hate to say it but she was right
I am sitting here with my head down and locked up
My actions laid me here not only that
I'm on probation so this is not a good look for me

It felt like a trap looking into her eyes had me under a spell looking at them
It pains me to see her in handcuffs like this once they brought her out
I'm trying my best not to break down right in front of her
After everything that went down at the studio
I do feel responsible for her being here
She shouldn't have to be and i know that
I didn't want something like this for her
