Friday 6, 12:52 pm

The jet haired twins sat at lunch quietly, which isn't natural, the students would be very concerned if they didn't know what happened, the Klaus twins' mother was found dead on the side of the road a few nights ago. Strangled with a belt.

"Hey, twins." Hayes's best friend, Quinn, said sitting down next to them. "So Killian Trevor is having a party tonight, are you guys coming?"

"No," Hayden said coldly.

"What about you, Hayes?" Quinn asked trying to comfort at least one of the twins.

"I wanna finish my book, sorry Quinn," Hayes said, she got up, threw her food away, and walked down to her locker.

"Hayes! Hey, I wanted to say sorry about your mom, she was so kind I don't know why someone would do that to her." Lennon Michal said.

"Thanks, Lennon, how's Darcy doing?" Hayes asked.

Darcy is Lennon's mom, the Klaus family and the Michal family are very close, and Darcy and Kennedy (the twins' mom) had been friends since the 3rd grade.

"She's really upset, she's been out of the house a lot too," Lennon said leaning on the blue lockers.

"Well, at least we get to go home in two hours," Hayes said.

"You have Mr. Reyes next, right?" Lennon asked.

"Yeah, he's funny. Remember when he came to the cafeteria stood up on one of the tables and screeched that the aliens have been watching us for 237 years?" Hayes laughed.

"Well. I'll see you on the bus. Bye, Hayes." Lennon said laughing.

"See you later," Hayes said walking towards Mr. Reyes, Social Studies.

"Hey, Hayden, Lennon," Hayes said sitting at the back of the bus.

"Hi, Hayes, how did Mr. Reyes's class go this time?" Lennon asked.

"He said he had an invisible projector that he was gifted from NASA." Hayes laughed.

"Oh my god, that's hilarious!" Hayden said.

"I'm so excited to go home," Lennon said.

"Three minutes!" Hayes said excitedly.

"Home sweet home!" Hayes said landing face first on the leather couch, then the phone rang.

"Hello?" Hayden said putting the home phone on speaker.

"Ben? We need you." A low male voice spoke.

"Uh, Dad isn't here, but we can tell him you called, what's your name?" Hayden said.

"Jack Ray. And tell him it's urgent." Jack said.

"Ok, do you work with our Dad?" Hayes said.

"Yeah, I do. You're his kids, right? Hayden and Hayes? You're all he ever talks about." Jack said.

"Really?" Hayden asked.

"Yeah, Hayden and his 32 Science and 21 Math metals. And then Hayes being the first girl to join her school's football team and flag football Super Bowl rings." Jack said. "He's really proud of you guys, I hope you guys know you are the future."

Then he hung up.

"Wow. Hearing it from someone else makes it sound impressive." The older twin said.

"Yeah, it really does." The younger twin said.

"You wanna go blow up an ICE Sparkling Water Bottle?" Hayden asked his younger twin.

"No." Their Dad said from behind them.

"Oh, Hey, Dad, a guy named Jack Ray called," Hayes said.

"Thanks, kids," Ben said pulling his phone out of his pocket.
