Here I am, on my way to sell three years of my life to a school. I'm making my way Hope's Peak Academy, the most prestigious school in the world. I'd rather be out and about, making bank, but the only reason I'm here is cause the headmaster told me he would pay me a hefty amount. Enough for my younger brother and sister to live comfortably, so he better keep his end of the deal. I make my way to the gate and stare up at the large building.

y/n: Man, talk about wasting money. Who needs a school this big?
Oh right, I should probably explain why Hope's Peak is such a big deal. Well, supposedly, anyone who comes here and graduates is basically set for life in whatever they were scouted for. The school has some pretty strict entry requirements. First, you have to already be in high school, and second, you have to be the very best at whatever you do. That said, I was scouted for being "the ultimate thief". The letter I got said that "since I've been the anchor for many large scale heists and thefts, I've been scouted as the ultimate thief." or something like that.
y/n: Might as well get this started.
I'm about to walk through the main gate, when a small pink bird like creature flys out of my pocket and begins chirping in rage and distaste. This is Pino.
y/n: Hey, quiet down Pino. You're supposed to be quiet and inconspicuous for now, remember?
Pino is a small pink robot that wears a bandanna across it's eyes, and it looks incredibly real. Pino is my father's invention, the only one he left before he ran off to who knows where. My father was once the ultimate engineer, that's right, he attended here. Pino was his greatest invention, at least, that's what the note he wrote that Pino first had said. Pino is a robot that was linked to me and my emotions when I was first born. So Pino is basically my deeper consciousness, or something like that. Pino eventually quiets down from full on shrieking to quiet grumble-esque chirps.
y/n: Thank you.
With that little distraction done, I walk through a he gates and enter the main hall. However the moment I enter, I begin feeling dizzy, like someone just gave me a mean punch to the face.
y/n: Ohh, man. What's...happening...to me..?
That's the last thing I can utter before I feel myself slam into the ground.

Pino: CHIRP CHIRP!!!

My eyes shoot open to hear Pino loudly chirping at me and pecking at my forehead.
y/n: Owowowow! Ok Pino, I'm up! I'm up!
I get Pino to stop pecking at me, which allows me to take in my surroundings. I'm in...a classroom? Weird, I don't remember falling asleep in class, or going to any classes in the first place.
