Chapter Nine

"Little Red," Red's voice shouted as I entered the garage. I looked around for Maddox but didn't see him anywhere. The girls were huddled in the corner around a phone.

"What are you doing here aren't you supposed to be with your team," Ajax asked.

"Yes, but they don't like me," he replied, "who is this?"

"Red meet Sammy my cousin Sammy Meet Red," I said.

"Sir that is the wrong family member to bring to my race," Red said.

"Westin was busy," I said he crossed his arms a pout forming on his face.

"He likes Wes," Sammy asked, and I nodded yes "cute."

"We would be really cute if I could get him to like me," Red said.

"He likes you maybe not in the way you want him to, but he does," I said.

"No, he respects me for saving you There's a difference," he said.

Footsteps could be heard coming down the stairs. I looked over to see Maddox walking down the stairs with Julia following behind him. Ally also saw this and was up by my side before they hit the bottom step.

Why can't she just leave me alone? I've done nothing to her. She wants to ruin my life and take my new found friends away. What'd she tell him? What did she show him? What lie did she tell him? Is he mad at me is he going to call me a whore?

"Lucian, I think it's best if you go sit in the stands. You should probably leave as soon as the races are over too," Maddox said looking me in the eyes. It felt hard to breathe tears welled up in my eye's threatening to fall.

"Why," it came out as more of a croak.

"Because I am disgusted with you and I can't even look at you without wanting to punch you," he said.

"Why man what's your problem with him," Red asked getting in his face. But the entire time his eyes stayed trained on me.

"I can get over you wanting to sleep with three guys. I can get over you taking a whole bunch of slutty pictures. But I can't get over you doing something consensual with three guys, then when your boyfriend finds out turning on them saying they raped you. That's disgusting own up to your own shit," he said.

Ally walks over to the two of them "you fucking bitch." Her fist meets Julia's face knocking her to the ground where Ally then climbs on top of her throwing punch after punch into her face. One. Two. Three. Four. All while Julia was smacking her trying to get her off.

"Alright that's enough," Callum said pulling Ally off her.

"Let's go you don't have to take this Lucy," Ava said pulling me towards the door.

"Let go of me I'm leaving," Ally said. Sammy, Ava, Ally, Red, Callum, and I made our way out the door.

"Can you three do me a favor take these two home," Red said, "after what happened I think it's for the best."

"Yeah of course I drove the car here so Ally and I can take them home," Ava said.

"But you have to promise me one thing," Callum said turning to Sammy "You have to promise to come back to see my race. Let's say it's part of the payment for what you owe me." He gave Sammy a wink.

"Sure, but you have to do something for me too," Sammy said leaning over to whisper in his ear.

"We'll just have to see if I can fulfill that promise but I'll try," Callum said, "Come on I'll walk you to the car." Callum wrapped his arm around Sammy's waist leading him towards the parking lot. We quickly got in the car I turned, looking to Sammy.
