Marshall sped back to the lookout with his plan in motion. When he got there he jumped out of his truck and went to Skye's pup house.
Marshall: Hey Skye.
Skye: What?
Her voice was low and it looked like she had been crying, it made Marshall upset seeing her like this.
Marshall: I was thinking maybe you and me could go out for a bit, it might help get your mind off of things.
Skye: I don't know Marshall.
Marshall: Please.
Marshall had pulled out the puppy dog eyes and as Skye looked into them she remembered how Marshall was there for her when she needed it most and how he was the only one to remember her birthday.
Skye: Ok fine, lets go.
Marshall: Yaaaaay!!
Skye giggled a little at his antics and followed him back to his fire truck where they jumped in and sped off to there destination.
Skye: Marshall, where are we going?
Marshall: Oh you'll see.
Skye was confused but was happy because she was with someone that she know cares about her and could make her smile no matter how sad she was. They pulled into the forest and stopped.
Marshall: Were here Skye.
Skye: Why are we in the woods?
Marshall: Just follow me, you trust me right?
Skye: Of course I trust you.
Skye followed Marshall into the woods and through a bush where on the other side she froze, Skye saw balloons and a cookie shaped bone that had her name on it and a big banner that said Happy Birthday Skye
Skye: M-Marshall.
Marshall: Skye listen, I know you didn't want a party but this day is special, not just to you but to me as well cause without this day we would never have met and we wouldn't be such good friends, happy birthday Skye.
Skye: M-Marshall, YOUR THE BEST!!
Skye jumped into Marshall tackling him to the ground and giving him a bunch of licks on the face before burying her head into him and cried.
Marshall: Skye, why are you crying?
Skye: Because I'm so happy.
Skye got off of Marshall and gave him a nuzzle on the cheek.
Skye: Thank you Marshall.
Marshall: No problem now lets enjoy your party.
Marshall pulled out a little radio and turned on some music and the two pups began dancing together.
{The Lookout}
Ryder was watching some T.V when he heard the door open, he looked over and saw Katie.
Ryder: Hey Katie, what brings you here?
Katie: It's Marshall, he dropped by my shop and picked up some stuff, he said it was an important day.
Ryder: Important day? Hmmm.
Ryder got up and walked over to the calendar. He froze and dropped the T.V remote.
Katie: What is it Ryder?
Ryder: It's Skye's birthday, I completely forgot.
Katie: Oh no.
Ryder: Katie, I need your help, can you please get the pups we need to set up a party.
Katie: Of course, but what about Skye?
Ryder checked his pup pad.
Ryder: It looks like she's with Marshall, perfect while there out we can set up.
Ryder and Katie began to get a quick party set up for Skye's birthday.
{The Forest}
Marshall And Skye had been dancing for hours and they were having a blast.
Marshall: Ok Skye, ready for your cookie?
Skye: Yep, after all that dancing I'm starving.
Marshall got the cookie and lit the candle on it.
Marshall: Make a wish then blow out the candle.
Skye looked into Marshall's eyes the blew out the candle.
Marshall: Alright, eat up.
Skye grabbed the cookie and broke it in half and gave one part to Marshall.
Skye: I know your hungry.
Marshall grabbed the cookie eating it in one bite which made Skye laugh.
Marshall: Thanks Skye, hey can I ask you something?
Skye: Sure.
Marshall: Can you please not be mad at the others, I know they forgot but they all care about you and I don't want our team to be torn apart because of this whole thing.
Skye: Marshall, I was upset but thanks to you I'm happier then I have been all day so I won't be mad at them, for you I won't.
Marshall: Thanks Skye.
Skye: No Marshall, Thank you for everything.
They looked into each others eyes when they felt something pulling them closer, there noses gently touched and they leaned closer until Marshall's pup tag went off scaring the two making each other pull away.
Marshall: Y-Yeah what is it Ryder
Ryder: Marshall can you and Skye come back to the lookout Please.
Marshall Yeah, sure we'll be back soon.
A blushing Marshall hung up and looked at Skye who was also blushing.
Marshall: I guess we have to get going.
Skye: Yeah, lets go.
Both Marshall and Skye picked up everything and packed it up into Marshall's pup house. After they were done the duo sped back to the lookout awaiting to see what Ryder needed them for.
