Skye's Forgotten Birthday

After Party

Marshall and Skye pulled up to the Lookout.

Skye: Weird, it looks like no one is here.

Marshall: Yeah, that is weird.

The duo walked into lookout

Everyone: SUPRISE!!!!

both Marshall and Skye jumped out of there fur. 

Skye: W-What's going on?

Ryder: Skye, I'm so sorry, we all are for forgetting your birthday. It's nothing much but its something so please do you forgive us.  

Skye immediately remembered what Marshall had asked her, forgive them because they care about you. Skye gave them a big smile.

Skye: Of course I forgive you guys, your my friends, now lets party.

Everyone: YAAAY!!

Skye jumped onto the pup pup boogie game with Zuma and they had an all out competition. Marshall was watching them when he felt a wave of sadness wash over him.

Marshall's Thoughts: I guess my party didn't really matter.

Marshall left the lookout and walked over to a tree where he began to stare at the sea. Marshall didn't know how long he had been out there but he was knocked out of his thoughts when something grabbed his arm.

Marshall: WHOA, oh, hey Skye, what's up?

Skye: What are you doing out here?

Marshall: Just getting some fresh air.

Skye: Marshall, I know your lying, what's wrong?

 Marshall: It's just that, I feel like the party I threw for you doesn't matter.

Skye: What are you talking about, of course you party mattered, it mattered a lot to me, with out it I probably would have never forgiven them for forgetting my birthday, it was the best party ever.

Marshall: You mean that.

Skye: Of course I do, now lets get back to this part cause im undefeated at pup pup boogie so far and I know you'll give a challenge.

Marshall: Oh wait, I have your gift.

Marshall pulled out a gift and placed it in front of Skye.

Marshall: I was gonna give it to you at the other party but Ryder called us back.

Skye smiled and opened it revealing a necklace with little pink pearls and a heart on the front.

Skye: Oh Marshall, It's beautiful.

Marshall: Happy birthday Skye, I'm happy you like it I worked hard to make it.

Skye hugged Marshall tightly. She pulled away and stared into his eyes, she felt it, that same feeling pulling her towards Marshall. The two leaned in closer to each other till their snouts connected securing a bond that would never be broken. After a bit they both pulled away.

Marshall: Skye, would you like to be my girlfriend.

Skye: No Marshall, I would LOVE to be your girlfriend.

Skye licked Marshall on the cheek making him blush.

Marshall: Skye, we should get back before everyone wonders where you went.

The two love birds entered the Lookout.

Ryder: Alright everyone the birthday girl is back.

The party was back on and was thriving but like most parties it had to come to an end.

Ryder: Pups, time for bed.

Pups: Yes Ryder. 

The pups left the Lookout leaving Ryder and Katie to clean up. Marshall walked to his pup house and laid down, but as he was getting settled he heard a sound making him look up.

Skye: Hey Marshall, can I ask you something?

Marshall: Sure Skye, what is it?

Skye can I sleep with you tonight?

Marshall giggled making Skye blush.

Marshall: Of course you can, it's still your birthday.

Skye smiled warmly and gave Marshall a kiss before snuggling up next to him.

Marshall: Are you comfy?

Skye: Yeah.

Marshall kissed Skye on the head.

Marshall: Happy birthday Skye, Goodnight, I love you

Skye leaned more into Marshall.

Skye: I love you too Marshall

As Skye laid there She recapped the thought of the day in her mind, the thought of it made her happy and with these thoughts in mind she fell asleep with her mate, happier then ever.

Authors note: I hope you all enjoyed this story, I know it's not written to perfection but for my second Story I think its pretty good. Also I plan on doing another one soon so stay tuned for that.
