Hi readers, my name is Jenice. Right now I'm on my bed deciding I should get up or not. My alarm rang a while back reminding me that I have to get up for college and there's no turning back. I'd be lying if I tell I'm excited for college.

I forced myself and got up, went into the washroom and saw my reflection (which im not proud of) took bath and came to my closet to wear my outfit which is a normal black skinny jeans, crop sweatshirt with my canvas.

I came down to the living dream and to no surprise I was alone at home. Well only if this place is called as a home, it's just a house I'm living in. Don't get me wrong my parents are cool but they are never home and I got no one to turn to when I need someone.

I never really had a best friend, I'm always a private kinda person and also a person who knows boundaries. You think you know me, oh darling you know only the side I want you to know. I've never showed weekside to anyone. I don't have friends that much, then boyfriends is a whole different story.

I went to the dinning area without actually wanting to eat so I decided to skip breakfast, took my key and went off to my first day in college which I'm not exactly excited for. I just wanna go back and sleep on my beautiful bed, my parents would kill me if I did that. Ok so for that reason off to college. I played taylor swift songs on the way, I'm not a swifte I just like her songs. I'm not a person who has a favourite artist, I listen to all the songs which are good.

-------------Time skip to college--------------

I reached college, parked my car. I told myself, "Ok jenice, you got this." and got down. I went inside and we were supposed to assemble in the meeting roam, which was surprisingly easy to find. I sat on one of the chairs placed. All I could hear was voices, it was so annoying.

I felt like the words of my head was spoken. I heard a voice behind,

"Why are these people so loud as tho they've never seen humans? Ughhh so annoying."

I turned my head and saw the person. It was a guy who looked cute with all black clothes and he had 4 other people around him. I didn't realise there was a boy sitting next to me until he spoke up. 

"If you wanna have a good year at college don't meddle in their business, they are bad news."

I looked at the boy next to me and I just gave him a smile.

I turned back again to look at those 5 guys. I made an eye contact with one of them and boy, that dude is hot as hell. I turned in the front and was focusing on the programme that was going on. The boy next to me and I sighed at the same time we looked at each other, and chuckled.

"I'm Noah, nice to meet you." He said and did a fistpump gesture.

I gave him a fistpump and said "I'm Jenice, nice to meet you too."

He smiled and said, "Nice name."

Noah and I got along instantly. We started talking about our college and school stuffs and we also realised that we have taken the same course. We went to class they assigned us after the ceremony which took forever. We sat together still talking, I was curious about something and asked him,

"Hey, can I ask you something?"

"After the amount of talks we've had, I don't think we need to be formal."

We both chuckled. I asked him.

"Why did you ask me to stay away from those guys?"
He said.

"I've known those guys since my school days, people get scared to talk to them because they're rude and also because of their work."

"What is their work?" I asked. He replied.

"Mafia."

I kinda regretted my life asking about them. We then started having normal conversations. The teachers came in and out, asking us to introduce ourselves. Everyone introduced except for those 5 guys.

There was something about them that's pulling me and I can't stop thinking about them. I shook my head and stopped my thoughts.

I felt someone was watching me. I turned to see the same guy I made an eye contact with at the meeting room looking at me. I looked back in the front. All I thought was one thing.

Weird.
